i am 18 sep 2016 applicant with "m_gul" name on spreadsheet.

On the spreadsheet: your timelines are different than what you posted previously. e.g.

1)on spreadsheet it says application received on 18-Sep while you have posted that your ecas says "We received your application to sponsor (applicant name) on September 21, 2016."

2) On spreadsheet it says SA granted on 10-Oct while you have posted that we got SA 05 oct 16 and the same day applicant got AOR email.

Please note that it is important to have correct dates on spreadsheet, thank you.

Hello all

I submitted an application for spousal sponsorship for my wife in July 2015. Processing began September 2015 for her application. Medical results have been received and everything looks like it's on track. However we received a letter requiring us to send in the Urdu Nika Namah.

When we did our Nika we obtained a full English version of the Nika Nama from the courts and had it filled out and signed by the registrar to avoid need for translation.

Is there any issues with this ?

(The Nika is fully notarized)

Did you submit application in 2015 or 2016?
In case you did not sign an Urdu copy of Nikkah Nama at all and only had the English version, you should just mention this to LVO in reply to their request. Maybe you can provide evidence from union council (just guessing).

Ok, then you just need to send (post) the copy of english NN again and explain your situation and reasons for having only English NN in the cover letter. Do you have a lawyer/representative?

For Pakistani applicants, Nikkah Nama is considered a very important evidence and LVO wants both Urdu copy & its English translation. Do take the request very seriously and discuss with your lawyer on the best way to respond. Every case is different , dont worry just explain what you have and why.
