Email address alphabets in small or capital letters means same email address until a change in alphabets. In case if an email does not exists there is auto failure reply. I checked in sent items. It has been sent but I had not yet received any auto email

Hello Everyone.
Alhumdulillah, my husband finally got a decision made.
He is a November 4th 2015 applicant.
Remedical was done on September 1st 2016 and his security checks had been going on since August 2016 and it seems he just passed those.
Alhumdullillah im very happy and grateful. I pray for those of you waiting to hear something soon inshaAllah.

There is no number to call LVO. If you have sent email with urgent they will respond.
