It's been 15 days i submitted my required documents on MyCIC account, it still says not submitted to IRCC??
What does that mean? I also mailed the documents but still curious why not information on mycic account is acknowledged?

omg i am so stupid that I didn't go next after uploading documents, I thought its done. I just checked it now and went further to submit it successfully. This is seriously dumb and I could make a blunder if I would have crossed the deadline.
Though on a safe side, I had already mailed them the documents which is received by their office today.
