hi you can email your chat from whatsapp to your onbox and then download the chat from email in word or excel format and can get printouts. this will show messages from both sides.
and yes sponsor can submit the file by post from Canada.

i got the same request on 15 Dec and submitted the same day, and my status was 1st Requested then after uploading change to Submitted and same day again change to Provided.
hopefully we get some update in Jan17, mean time you should email them regarding fees and receipt copy on safer side.

further! did your background check is started?

Salam Alaikum.
Background is in progress since last two or months. but after that i got additional document request, then remedical request and afterwards rprf request. all these requests have been accomplished and only remedical status is updated from in progress to pass again. All other status showing in progress.

How can we find out what is the preliminary email for correspondences/contact @ LOV?
My notes show wrong email, and as per my lawyer it was corrected. I just want to make sure it was corrected from my end. How can one do it?

You use case specific inquiry at CIC website to send your inquiry or requests to LVO.

The email to reach LVO and get a response is LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Do they always show ECAS status on CIC like "we have sent you a correspondence on date"

Thats a good way to know ur getting an email from them. Do they always update status? I can't link my file bcz of lawyer so I have limited access.

That's what I have been told about ECAS too but can't confirm since I haven't received any update from LVO.

You can opt to talk to your lawyer about removing him and sending him correspondence whenever you receive something at MYCIC. I am leaning towards getting MYCIC since I feel it is much easier for LVO to send information there, plus you get a bit more information on your file stages.

My lawyer does say that if I go with MYCIC than he won't be responsible if I miss an email, valid point, but I have been told by several people that all communication are received in your MYCIC account so you can't miss anything. : :

(not sure why they asked but I already sent a certified copy)

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination.Your medical result expired in November 2016.

How do i send them this proof that I had medical completed in 2015?

Congrats.. You must have your e-receipt signed by your IOM medical doctor at the time of medical.. scan it and send all other requested docs as soon as possible..
