I am having trouble understanding that if my file has been transfered to LVO, then why are the reuqested documents asked to be sent to MISSISAUGA? Is the file in LVO or Missisauga?

Providing visit information is always important and boosts your case. I suggest send a copy of your passport with the stamps and few intials pictures with family. Then when your done with your trip you can send them the rest of the documents. Take a lot of pictures, visit different places, keep "ALL" receipts and send it to them.

Hello Everyone,

I am the girl who was told by the CIC that my marriage does not seem genuine since my chats seem typed and there are not enough Ruksate pics. I got the letter from them on Nov 15th and I mailed them all the docs on Nov/30th. By the grace of Allah, I got an e-mail from CIC 16th dec-a week ago and they requested for my husband's passport for visa. I am very happy. For everyone who is going through hardship, it will get easier so dont lose hope and if CIC ask for any docs, send them as soon as possible.

Anyways ..

So here are the details. I could not find my previous post thus posting the info here.

May 6th/2016-CIC recd application for permanent residence for my husband

July 13th/2016-started processing application and medical result received

Nov 15th/2016-got email that my marriage does not seem genuine since my chats seem typed and there are not enough ruksate pics.

Nov 30th/2016-We sent them an envelope with all the docs they requested and an explaination letter which informs that our chats were NOT TYPED but copy pasted.

Dec 16th-I received a letter from CIC saying that my husband's process in nearly done and to send his passport to Islamabad for VISA.

Now We are just waiting.

I want to say thanks to everyone for the help!

Hello everybody....I am new here I am not sure that I am posting my msg at right place...just have some concern....my wife application for permanent residence family class transferred to LVO in April 2016....I received email from LVO in Oct 2016 that they need some more pics and additional documents before they make any decision...I sent it away on Nov 9, 2016....still waiting for their reply...my wife medical will expire at the end of Feb 2017. thanks

on what date you received additional docs request? how much time they gave you like 30 or 45 or 60 days to send all documents?

Global Case Management System. It a database software CIC uses to track immigration applicants. Under freedom of information you can request ur GCMS notes to see how ur file is progressing ;D
