Hi everyone,

What is the significance of remedical request from LVO?
Is it only meant that they are processing the application or it means some specific stage reached according to historical trend from the LVO, like 2 months are remained or 6 months more wait?

This is really bizarre Abeera,
every one is positive on this forum. No one is going to see the personal information. if you are getting benefit of this forum let your lightly fake numbers help others then. Choice is yours but by putting your fake name and fake dates ( plus minus dates) will at least help others. Otherwise it seems selfish approach. Nothing else. Your file has been touched by the authorities means that 2016 applications have been started to be processed. Just take the comments on positive side. This forum is to help each other.

Hi Members,

Today I visited the my cosultants in Dubai to get the copies of the forms which were with them when I applied for FSW as I need to put some dates in my wife's application form. Meanwhile talking to the agent regarding family sponsorship she said you don't need go to Canada for filing the application. You can prepare her documents and mean while we can file TRV for your wife n daughter stating dat they need to travel wid you as you cannot leave them behind and widin 2 months they will approve TRV for them and then you have to cancel your UAE visa's and submit the cancelation documents to CIC before they will stamp the TRV on your spouse n daughter's passport.
Does any member have any idea if this is possible??

It will be refused right away.

You need to return, and live in Canada in order to file sponsorship. How do u expect Canada to give someone a visa whose husband is NOT EVEN in Canada, who's not even a canadian national ?? Seriously how dumb are these dubai consultants ???

TRV WILL BE REFUSED RIGHT AWAY AND PASSPORT WILL BE STAMPED. IT MAY EVEN AFFECT THE PR APPLICATION. BE CAREFUL. UR FAMILY HAS TO BE IN DUBAI OR PAK AND U HAVE TO COME TO CANADA TO APPLY IF U R PR IF U R CITIZEN CHOICE IS URS U CAN LIVE WITH UR FAMILY IN DUBAI UNTILL THEY GET PR VISA. BE CAREFUL. UR CONSULTANT SEEMS TO KNOW NOTHNG. WANTS DOLLARS FROM UR POCKET.

Can some body tell me the procedure of sending passports?
