well there's still 4 more working days left for august, so let's see where that takes us. i'm eager for them to start working on december, and i pray that they'll go through us faster than they did october/november.

by the way... we've been misinterpreting that spreadsheet showing the number of apps filed for each month. when you look at the row for LVO, what you're actually seeing is the number of apps that were recieved by LVO that month, i.e. the number of apps that were transferred to the respective VO during that month. since we don't have data for 2016, and since most november and december applicants had their file transfers in january and february, no one actually knows how many applicants we have for either group. i kind of didn't want to bring this up earlier because everyone was panicking and it wouldn't have helped the situation.

i'm the craziest. i even yell at my MP's immigration consultant because of how useless they are. i told them not to use the words "25 months" but they didn't learn their lesson yet.
