i don't know, LVO has been pretty unpredictable lately .

in the past i would see people getting DMs within 4 to 6 weeks after a doc request, but you might see something sooner if you're lucky or if LVO keeps working at a fast pace.

Oh no... I am sorry you had to go through such experience. Aside from mentioning the email address and CSE, I also advised Amnah to send in physical copy to LVO.

Usually CSE is the best form of communication as it takes all your information and formats it properly for the Visa Office. And as Flx2015 said, I remember very well that some members were having problems with emails i.e. LVO inbox was full or they were not receiving it. I think you were one of the unfortunate ones.

Hopefully they received it this time for you.

I actually sent by post too..funny thing was I tracked it till it was delivered on 18th May. I was just very unlucky.

Hi guys i have a update ! Nov 4 2015 got a doc request today for proof of communication, proof of visit amd updated police certificate alhumdulillah atleast its somethingggg ;D thanks to Allah

I suggest scan all the communication proof and police certificate and send it via case specific inquiry.

For the Original police certificate, send it to them via regular mail (DHL, FedEx etc.) to The postal address:
Immigration Services, Immigration & Medical Services Division, Canada House, Trafalgar Square, London SW1Y 5BJ

Check your document request if it has Mailing address and confirm that it is the same as posted above here. Also include a coverpage, stating your Name, File Number and Attention: (Your Visa Officer Name). Good luck.

Im thinking of sending everything via mail ...so its all together. Or do you guys recommend cse?

good to see progress but they need to work faster. the early november applicants are already at the 8.2 month mark, and ideally they should be getting DM by the 8.5-8.7 month mark...

stats for october:
- avg 8.2 months
- min 8.0 months
- max 8.7 months

Is additional doc request = AOR2 ??

It has a uci number too which is just one number different from AOR1

AOR1 is for the sponsor = log in to ecas with sponsors info
AOR2 is for principle applicant = log in to ecas with applicants info

What does it shows while logging into ecas with UCI (AOR2 one)?

additional doc request is not AOR2, and LVO does not send AOR2.

the reason you see a different UCI on additional doc requests is because that's the principal applicant's own UCI. logging into ecas using the sponsor's UCI shows you the status of both sponsor and applicant, while logging in with the applicant's UCI only lets you see the applicant's status.
