On other forum i got to know that 2-nov-2015 applicant got his visa stamped in april 2016..
That means guyss they ARE working simultaneously on the backlog + late 2015 applicants..

Much relieved ..

thanks khuram arif for ur nice opinion ... so after every 3 month in islamabad thy call for interview to those ppl which r already in there interview list ...so i wish thy notice me for interview lil earlly then i also can prepare myself for fly to pakistan from here ...and 1 thing more i want to know ...that after interview how long time thy took for made decision or request for passport etc .....??/

They decided the interview about 10 months before the interview and my advise is don't come to Pakistan right now wait for email for the interview and then come to here also they always giving enough time to prepare interview in that time u can easily manage ur travel
and ur second question is how long they take to DM it's all depend on ur case and interview I am waiting since last six months and still waiting but most of the cases they done in 3 to 4 months approximately

I am November 2015 applicant and just got this reply back from mp office. Any suggestions seniors ???????
The initial assessment to ensure your constituent meets the eligibility criteria and that the application is complete has been finalized on January 15, 2016.
· The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent’s spouse meet the eligibility requirements.
o (if applicable) the assessment for the spouse is still in process at the Canadian visa office in London, United Kingdom.

i got the exact same email yday with the dates changed to what mine's were supposed to be. wow... this sucks.

Guys, I urge you all to write to the media to highlight your concerns. The government always listens to the media. We as Pakistani-applicants are at the bottom of the barrel really; other visa offices are moving quickly and IRCC has been the media's darling lately for that. No one will notice our plight unless we highlight it ourselves.

The following are some email addresses I've compiled. I have written to these folks and some have written back expressing their interest. I urge you all to do the same!

mccallum sent visa officers back to the middle east for 6 weeks (may 9th to june 20th). sad... if it wasn't for the refugees, you most likely would've had a DM by now...

I have submitted the spousal application and was wondering how I keep track of the processing done by CIC. I do have the official receipt but I'm confused as to how I go about checking the status of my application. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Were they sent to the middle east for refugee files or spousal?? And if they were sent for the refugee files now they would appear to be back working on the spousals, right??
