Slaam to All members i am feb 2015 applicant husband , LVO i applied from UAE but case was transferred to LVO. they putted me in interview que. in feb 2016 i sent proof of our ongoing relationship voluntarily as we were living together since i applied. i received email 3 days ago that on the basis of documents provided the interview is not required any more. they gave intructions for remedical police certificate and RPRF fees.

I resigned from my job before i received this email going back to Pakistan now my question i want to get my visa processing from islamabad VO shall i change my address online and send them a note with these documents? it will effect the processing time?

Visa processing will still occur at LVO because that's where Pakistani sponsorship applications are processed.
You can inform CIC of your address change via eCAS and case specific enquiry.

After re-medical, is there another "medical results have been received" line that gets added to ECAS?

No they wont add any line for re medical

Anyone got passport back visa stamped after 6th may? As one of my friend gave his passport to islamabad VAC and didnt get it yet and my self sent on 13rd May we both are waiting to get back soon inshah allah, I guess they collects passports for approx 1 month and send all back to VAC together is it like that?

I submitted my passport on 6th May as well. Still waiting.

So it means my guess was right we will get inshah allah tomorrow or monday, they collects passport for a month and send all back together, so start of month will be 4 weeks as per thier max time middle 2 weeks ☺

Guys...

My wife visited MP today n she was told that all my file is updated not complete, criminality is clear, remedical is done n clear, csq is received etc...but my expected timeline is 27th July 2017...while my file is under process in LVO so v were thinking that 17 months timeline is applicable but now cic said 27 months timeline is applicable on my case...it means no matter where ur file is under process Pakistani timeline of 27months will be applicable now onwards...it's really pathetic coz when v applied timeline was 17 months...

This is what happening in cic now...!!!

Goodluck to all the IP applicants and new applcants...no one can understand CIC...

No this is not true. You can check on CIC website, spouse sponsorship takes maximum of 17 months. Before that it was 36 months.

I applied for my spouse visa in sep.2015 and received letter from them that they ve transferred my file to LVO in dec. I want to know how long it will take for the next reply and till the final decision?

Based on personal experience and information from close friends, its 8-11 months on average. Maximum can go to 17 months as per CIC website information.
