Hello Guys,

Does anyone know how reliable VFS online tracking is? I submitted my passport on April 5th 2016 in ISLAMABAD. Ive been tracking it the whole time and it said its been forwarded to ISB visa office but today I tracked it and it says my passport has been forwarded to ABU DHABI on 5th April. Is this a system error or should I be concerned?

Same here. My status is also showing the same thing.. I am gonna call them today.

It is getting really frustrating now. Interview was done one and half month ago. DM on 21st April and still no idea when they will ask for PPR. It is getting really annoying now :/

My husband has submitted hid passport on 29th April , is it safe to buy air ticket for 10th June ? Need expert opinion.

I am back with few questions lol...

so I am sponsoring my wife from pakistan. Currently I am gathering all her documents. I have made the New Nadra Computerized Nikah Nama. So Basically Its in English as well. Do I need get it translated or this will be enough?

And the other question is.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET SIGNED FROM THE NOTARY PUBLIC? I HAVE THE NIKAH NAMA, THE POLICE REPORT, HER SCHOOL DOCUMENTS, BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THE OTHER DOCUMENTS. And I also HAVE A DOCUMENT FROM MY FIRM HERE IN PAKISTAN THAT I WILL RETURN BACK TO CANADA ONCE I M DONE WITH THE PORJECT HERE, DO I NEED TO GET THAT NOTARIZED AS WELL?

Marriage certificate from Nadra should be OK but you need to send the English translation of your URDU Nikah nama (Nikah nama issued from the union council).

Originals need not to be notarized but photo copies are supposed to be certified true copies.
Due to a delay in getting back the original documents from LVO, some applicants avoid submitting original academic certificates (they submit the certified true copies).

I'm April-2014 applicant (husband Case) and I'm still waiting for DM and passport request. Its been almost 25 months and still waiting..!!

My wife is here in Pakistan since last 3 months. Are they taking 28 months max. time for Pakistani spousal cases?

What should I do now? Should i contact with Canadian government authorities? If yes, can anyone help me to provide their contact details (contact numbers and email address) so I can call them and write them an email? May be they could help us to expedite our process.

It's really frustrating.

anyone knows how long LVO takes to complete the security checks? any Idea any one has experinced how many days/month they take for it? mine its almost two months that my file is under security check dont know when this wait ends.....

I am also waiting for security checks to be completed. Had interview in march. I was told by my MP that I should get PPR in about 6 to 8 weeks from time of interview. Hopefully this long wait ends now. It's getting really depressing and frustrating! !!
