& plus i hav a ques , is thrs a diff time frame for a Canadian citizen or PR holder of processing thr spouses??? i have listend it took less thn 6 months for a citizen and morthn a year for PR card holder ??

No this doesn't make any difference as far as i know.

May be your file is also transferred to London and writing Islamabad on your sponsorship approval letter is a typo.

well cant b a mistake , but is't understood that LVO is dealing all cases for ISB?so mybe it just doesn't matter to write in that letter tht they have transferred it to Isb?? is thr anyone els having the same thing on approval letter tht ur file transferred to Isb???

you're wasting time by trying to guess why the letter says your file went to isb. like i said, this is not normal in any circumstances and your wife needs to contact her MP. she will get an answer within 1-2 hours.

isb will take 0.00 months because they do not process PR applications.

Islamabad office takes about 30 days to stamp the visa. I know it is frustrating as I am waiting for my wife's visa to be stamped but this is what it is.

Shameless People! They don't realize this long wait can effect someone's life so badly. 6 months since we submitted additional documents. They mentioned in the email when asked for additional documents that it can take 4 months for further processing. But its even more then that now. Before file was in a queue awaiting officer review now since last month its under review by an officer. What kind of review is this which took more then a month and still no update. Is it a sin if a document was missing and we provided them on time. I am really pissed and depressed

I am a Feb applicant and my letter said London Visa Office.

Should I be worried? Because we all know what happened last time when files got transferred from ISB to London, those poor souls waited 2-3 years.

I hope there is a cutoff and the files that said LVO, gets processed at LVO.
