What is the time line for Pakistan from England. I must say you all are getting frustrated for nothing as there is a process and think about this for a second if you would. If the timeline was as before you all would have a heck of a long wait. Be grateful your case is being done in London and not Islamabad as the timeline would be really long and you would feel hopeless.

Another thing you just see what's on the forum, what about the thousands who are not members on this forum?

With our case it took 4 years as a lawyer didn't register our Nikah as he wasn't a registered signer. We were married in 2010 and we filed September 2010, and our case was finally finished in September 2014 and that's along with 3 interviews. I was there for the last Interview and that was the icing on the cake.

I pray Allah helps you all soon In Sha Allah. But please have a little more patience In Sha Allah....

Girl is here in Canada along family , Boy is in Pakistan boy's family is also here in canada , they were engaged and nikah was done on phone , now girl don't want to go to Pakistan for wedding , they have everything else like legal nikah nama , telephone record , whats app calls.

Can girl sponsor boy without going to Pakistan

No, most likely her application will be rejected as nikkah over telephone no longer accepted.

She has to go to Pakistan or alternatively boy can try visit visa.

^^hey just a question...inshallah let's hope not... but what if ur requested an interview & ur not WITH ur spouse at that time? what happens then?
is the interview requested at islamabaad? does the interview always demand both spouses to be physically present with the officer?
any alternative like conference calling or something? idk jw. :-\

Only principal applicant can go inside for interview. Sponsor does not need to be there but should be available on phone in case VO decided to confirm any information.

yeah something in late april is what im anticipating. idk probs may will be the for sure...insha.rather think worst case let's hope tho its sooner...
id like to think we get DM after 3-4ish months but i dont think all of us can be the exeptional cases that are lucky like that ;D

For the upfront medical, there is no case number or file number. So when CIC receive the documentation from the Panel Physician, do they know its yours? Just by your name on the application and med documents?

Just wanna make sure that i don't miss anything.

After upfront medical they give your own form with your reference number attached it to your application and they will get your result.

yes i submit my passport 3 march and today i got my passport with visa stamp after 21 month wait finally m feeling good.
