Guys,

I got an email today from LVO they asked me to send them the translation of nikkahnama eve though it's in my last email but they said they didn't find it...strange...

They haven't received my CSQ even though it's been issued and delivered to me on 16th January and it was mentioned in that cover letter that's it's been delivered to cic already ...

I am happy at least I got reply after three months of sending my additional docs to cic

My visa officer is now CES (MP)

Good luck to all who r waiting after the submission of additional docs in December January

They asked for my translated Nikkahnama as well and I had to mail it to them via courier. They won't accept documents in email.

Same situation was with me .. I got email 28 oct 2015 for additional documents i.e nikha with translation r conversation r honeymoon pics r my signature on form .. I send thz all documents .. Delivering date 3 nov .. I was happy .. But after 3 month i got again email.. They didn't received any documents..i send dhl proof .. They said soory nd request fór resend my documents.. Now i send my al documents again 3 feb .. 6 feb i got email they received my documents.. Then 22 feb i got email for remedical ..

Email is perfectly fine... They even ask me to scan n email them the remaining docs so that's not an issue...
I am also hoping for remedial request soon in sha Allah...

Nikkah Nama translations are certified by Notary public and you can never authenticate that golden stamp from a scan/photocopy. It should be sent via mail only.

Hello,

September 2013: Application for PR in Canada Protected Person
November 2014: Married in Pak and added my wife in my ongoing application as dependent
March 2015: Additional documents requested by London visa office about marriage and submitted (All forms, Police Certificate, Birth certificate, Proofs of marriage, Nikah Nama and marriage certificate etc.) and submitted.
August 2015: Wife got medical request and done in September 2015 from Pak
September 2015: I received Confirmation of PR
October 2015: Medical received line added in my wife's file
October 2015: On same day 13 Oct. 2015, received email to submit copy of passport bio page, eye color and height of my wife which I emailed same day and also posted later by my wife.
November 2015: I received PR card

When we received request to submit copy of my wife's passport, eye color and height on 13 Oct. 2015, we thought that we are very close. But still no further progress. No decision made or Passport request.

I have sent two email and received reply look like this "Please be advised that your wife’s application is in the final stage of processing and is currently with an officer for review" and "Please be advised that this application awaits the review of an Immigration Officer" One month already passed when I got these replies.

Received last email reply from "SNF (LH)" in mid of January 2016. It has been noticed that there is sub code like (LH), (CD) after the actual officer code like SNF (LH). Any idea what (LH) or (CD) means?

Now my question is why they would ask for copy of passport bio page, eye color and height? Is this part of the process of something unusual?

Any other thoughts about what could be the reason for waiting for 4 months when everything has been provided?

Would the background checks, security, criminal starts after the medical or before medical?

Please share your experiences relating to my scenario as well. Yes I am going to order the notes. Not sure if it would be helpful. Thanks a lot.

How To Pay PRF Fees online ? & in IMM0008 (Generic Forms ) they are asking about UCI .. Is it the Same UCI that we got at the start of our Application ??

You can pay RPRF Online
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

As for UCI. CIC is referring to the principal applicant UCI not the Sponsor UCI

If a Principal applicant received any communication's from Visa office(s) UCI will be located on top left.

I didn't get any golden notrized stamp rather I went to notary public and he placed his simple stamp and signed it

Now where to get that Golden stamp now?

Notary public is perfectly fine. For my nikah nama Notary public also stamp and sign. Also its's very important get affidavit from the person who completed the translation.

Get the affidavit from the translation office and email LVO. On email just explain LVO that you are attaching affidavit for translated Nikah Nama.
