Dear brother, in such cases ordering GCMS notes is considered as a wise option. The notes cover all the detailed history of one's file. Once you have your notes, then you will be in a better position to decide how you should proceed.

:-\hi all. i need some assistance or guide line about my case. which was applied in Nov 2013.started processing in Dec 2013.
after tht many queries from London visa office. last email i receive in June 2015.for medical and police certificate. everything done. then came back from London to Pakistan. they asked in Oct 2015 for update schedule A form.after that long silence. no reply nothing. contacted with MP. receive reply to wait for security check. cant understand the situation. my fourth wedding anniversary is coming next month. e both are very stressed. anybody can help.

Ok From what I Understand when you send in your application you have to send original Nikah nama and Original Marriage certificate ( I sent in only the Marriage certificate by mistake) so if you did not send both you need to send both Urdu Nikah Nama and the Marriage certificate you would have received the marriage certificate from your union council in Pakistan. Also if you are sending only the Urdu Nikah nama and you don't have the English Nikah nama with it I think you should get a certified translation and send it with the Urdu Nikah nama it says in the email as well. In my case I only sent in the photo copy of the Nikah nama when they asked for additional documents but if you have sent it already I hope you will get it back just make sure you have sent both the Nikah nama and the Marriage certificate. A.O.A, Sponsor approval wali email apki wife ko jayegi jis me likha hoga ke Sponsor approve hogaya/hogayi hai, ab file London transfer hogi. Sponsor approval ke 2 haftay baad Principal Applicant, yaani aapko- appko email ayegi ke We have started processing your file at London Visa Office. Us ke baad woh hamesha aapko email kareinge. Sponsorship approval ke baad woh sponsor ko contact nahin karte kyunke unn ke hissay ki file review khatam ho jaati hai.

A.O.A, Sponsor approval wali email apki wife ko jayegi jis me likha hoga ke Sponsor approve hogaya/hogayi hai, ab file London transfer hogi. Sponsor approval ke 2 haftay baad Principal Applicant, yaani aapko- appko email ayegi ke We have started processing your file at London Visa Office. Us ke baad woh hamesha aapko email kareinge. Sponsorship approval ke baad woh sponsor ko contact nahin karte kyunke unn ke hissay ki file review khatam ho jaati hai.

Hi,

It takes about 3 months (more or less) for the first part of the application process (Approval of Sponsoring Person). Once that has taken place, the file is sent over to the London. So your file should move to London within a month from now InshaAllah.

dont mind brother apko understand karna chahiye maira nai khayal k apko jo cmnts cofred ki taraf say aya hai us mai kuch smjh na i ho is liye tension na lai allah ap k aur sab k hakk mai bahtar karay ga sabbar ka phal hamesha acha e milta hai means (meetha).

Did he ask for the Marriage certificate or your Nikah Nama they are different, in my case I made a mistake and only submitted the marriage certificate and I should have submitted the Nikah Nama as well.

same mistake we all are making v r not sending them original nikkah nama (pert) coz only computerized marriage certificate is authentic but they need Urdu nikkah Nama I don't know whether they r too smart or stupid or just waisting everyone's time

I did same n additional documents were being sent in early December still got no aknowledgement or any reply

In guide, it's mention to submit original marriage certificate (nadra), original urdu nikkah nama and original english nikkah name. I'm not sure how lot of you missed it.

Yes, JS is your visa officer but file can be assigned to other when needed.
