What does this mean exactly? How far along are we? And how much longer?
We sent addtl docs and did remed in oct, and got notes in jan saying that relationship recommend passed
And we have been waiting since for DM and ppr?
Any ideas anyone can help interpret this?
Also before we received communication from LJF and thought that was our visa officer but this Emil reply came from REO . Does anyone have REO ?

Hi m August 2015 applicant (husband) I did the enguiry 2 times and got same response as yours. I think u should go with notes. M gonna order notes now. I think they even don't check about our files before replying our enquiries. What were in the notes about background check ??? AMD no worries IN SHA ALLAH soon we will get DM and ppr. Ameen sum ameen

My wife's medical is expiring in March, 2016. I asked her to visit the Lahore Clinic yesterday for re-medical, but when she went there, they said that they can't do medical voluntarily. We have to wait for LVO to send a request for re-medical.

Is this true? Why cant we just send a new medical as we know it is expiring soon?

And how long before LVO sends a re-medical request? or do they extend it themselves?

Yea...I think I read your reply....but you were told your file was waiting initial review?
Was it REO who replied to you?

Yeah I enquire 2 times 1st time they replied my file is waiting for initial review and it was by NXR. And just today they replied for my 2nd enquiry that my file is waiting for review by an immigration office and REO replied me.

They did extended medical in few cases and yes you have to wait for re-medical request from LVO.

One of my friend on this forum Faisal applied his file 65 days before but no answer for Visa office is this normal ?
And kindly tell the procedure where he should call to check his file status ?

You can't do a voluntary Re-Medical.. You have to wait for LVO to send in a request for the Re-Medical.

They usually send in the Re-Medical Medical roughly about the time it is expiring, so it should come in around March.

I am Sept Applicant as well and I got request for Urdu Nikah Nama as well last month which I submitted on 18th January. Haven't heard back since then, hoping for good news soon. Who is your visa officer mine is LJF.
