Looking for some input on ordering notes...After how long since your status changed into 'In Process' would be the best time to order notes? Is it too early given mine changed into IP just 2 weeks ago?

Order them now to see what's been done.
Order every 3 months, not an issue. By the time you receive the notes, they're already 30-days old.
And, inquire through local MP as well.

I did the case specific enquiry and they replied that my file is awaiting for initial review ??? Means they haven't even touched my file?? But my E-case status shows Inprocess from 7 Nov 2015. Why is it so????? And I recently visited my husband but didn't send them the proof because I thought i'm almost there coz all the August applicants got DM. But I think now I should send them additional proofs.

Send case specific enquiry again and email them as well.Take the help of MP too.

I sent 2 case inquiries and both have had no replies. Last inquiry I even wrote Urgent but nothing.

I asked my lawyer to send email and he said
1) we send email and there is no reply because it is all within processing times
2) we send emails and they will delay further months if they pull file to reply and then put away again.

What to do? Any guidance anyone?
I know there are a couple of us in same situation having sent addtl docs or remeds in oct/ nov with no further replies whereas others following us already received coprs

I am in same situation. I sent docs on nov 4th ...since then waiting...sent an urgent case inquiry but got no reply. Notes received everything looks good .....I don't know what the dealt is

Send an urgent inquiry email and mention LJF in the subject line also and also write URGENT in the subject line and in body. Also in body write Dear LJF!. My officer was LJF too don't worry. He doesn't answer emails he send ppr directly. So Urgent email right away

My ecase shows in process from 7 Nov.
Any one have info about NXR .. Is he a visa officer?

NXR is a visa officer who reads the email first to see what you are asking and he then looks at the status of the file. If it says they haven't started then he will write. Waiting for officer review. If the officer is reviewing the file. He won't answer instead he will forward that email to appropriate officer

what constitutes a marriage certificate by the Canadian government from Pakistan?

I had a nikah nama sheet from Dera Ismail Khan, signed by me and my wife and stamped by the local government and court.

CIC rejected it and is asking for a proper marriage certificate, what are they after?

"Computerized" Marriage certificate is issued by Nadra. You have to sent Original Nikkah nama(one you mentioned above) with its Notarized translation and a Marriage certificate issued by Nadra you may also add FRC(Family registration Certificate) which is also issued by Nadra although its optional.

No you do not have to include the additional dependant form.

Look up 'canpakvisa google doc' on google, all the info you need is there.
