I need little bit help from your expertise

I am engaged and planning of going back in March to get mynikkah done. and once my wife gets her Spouse visa approval I will do the ruqsati
The issue is ,, It says that Only nikkah nama will not do the job. and we have to provide (Call logs, chat logs, emails, skype chat, facebook and other social media) And we don't speak that much, we don't talk that much, its next to zero.

What supporting document should I show for the proof that it is genuine marriage . Or should I have to do the ruqsati on the same trip. for more ceremony, pics and cards

And lastly, I moved to Canada 6 month back and still looking for white collar job. At the moment I just work Part-time job and get Canadian minimum wage,, Will that be an issue as I don't have much saving . Its less than $5000

In my experience without rukhsati you are 99% likely to get rejection, that is if you are also sending other proofs of relationship like communication, your visits, financial support. But without any communication and any other proofs, plus no rukhsati you will have 100% chance of rejection or the file will be sent to interview and drag of years and then get rejection.

MAKE SURE TO HAVE BOTH. Rukhsati and proofs of your relationship, pics, communication, financial support etc.

• Document Checklist - Sponsor (IMM 5491).
• Document Checklist - Immigrant.
• Original of completed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344).
• Payment receipt - Processing fees: Sponsor, Principal applicant, Right of Permanent Residence Fee.
• Original of completed Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM 5540).
• Original of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).
• Original of completed Schedule A - Background / Declaration (IMM 5669).
• Original of completed Spouse/Partner Questionnaire (IMM 5490).
• Original of completed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406).
• Authorization to Disclose Information — Pakistan.
• Residency Questionnaire Canadian High Commission Islamabad, Pakistan.
• Supplementary Information Form For Pakistani Nationals.

I was checking the CIC site again, i submitted all the relevant forms listed under Part 1 and Part 2 - CIC page:
Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class

Supplementary Information and Residency Questionnaire forms are listed under Part 3 - Immigration Guide (underneath it says "Sponsored Relatives" to follow the specific guide).

In my case, i'm sponsoring my wife (spouse) not a relative, so i'm assuming that i dont have to send these forms. I hope i'm true.

I am not sure as to why she has to wait till she gets her PR Card? Cant she leave Toronto after 1 week of stay? They will mail her PR card to my address and then I will take that PR card with me to Pakistan again in August and fly back with her.
I might be wrong but I thought you do not need your PR card when you are leaving Canada? You definitely require a PR Card when you are entering Canada. Please advise. Thanks.

She can leave anytime she wants (after landing), even after 5 mins. The PR Card will be sent to the Canadian address of the sponsor. The immigration officials will ask for address during processing of her landing. So just write the address on a piece of paper and give it to them. It's that simple. No forms needed.
Once you receive her PR Card at home (it comes by regular mail), you can courier it to her, or take it yourself to Pk.
Make note that if she is leaving Canada without PR Card, make sure she does not travel via Europe because she will need airport transit visa for europe if she does not have PR Card. So either travel directly with PIA, or by one of the middle-east airlines (via Doha, AbuDhabi, Dubai, Istanbul, etc).

To return to Canada, she will need either her PR Card, or need to apply for a "PR Travel Document" at CHC-Islamabad. Forms and procedures for this are available on CIC website. Note: Once she has PR Card, the airport transit visa is not needed for europe if traveling to Canada.

Heloo.. My interview was on 23 nov n i havnt heard anything yet from LVO.
Is there anyone else who are waiting fr decision made or PPR after interview like me?
N what do guys suggest, should i wait more or am i supposed to send case specific inquiry?

I have sent a case specific inquiry today . Lets see if they reply.

anyone with same story.

I got my ppr request on nov 11, sent in the other day. however then recieved an email for remedical and got the pssport back without visa. The remedical was done on dec 17. Please keep in mind that i alrdy got descion made.so when will i recieve my paasport reuqest again...kindly help

Hey guys, I just checked online today and the Permanent Resident Application portion of my spousal sponsorship has been updated to Decision Made. I havent received any email from CIC yet though. Should I expect one?
