Salam everyone!
its been about 45days since DM, everything done pasport received like about 15 days ago but still havent received the original documents back. Anyone else in same situation ? what to do plz suggest..

Yes, I am in same situation. My wife waiting for her original documents and has landed in Canada.
I had sent a Case specific enquiry 4 times to London visa office over the past 2 months and have not had any response.
I am planning to contact CPC Mississauga and make an appointment with my local MP.

I am in the same situation, wrote to LDN office as a reply to their Passport request email. No response received till this day. My application was filed in Mississauga and was later forwarded to LDN office (Unlike normal most cases where application is filed in Pakistan and then forwarded to LDN office). I am also puzzled on what to do now.

What is local MP? :-[ . Did you file her application in Mississauga too? According to my observation (may be flawed), application that are filed in Pakistan don't face such issue, but the ones that are filed in Mississauga, usually do. May be LDN office sends documents to Pakistan Visa office and not back to Mississauga, which leads to this issue. Do you know where we can electronically contact Pakistan visa office for this inquiry?

All Spousal cases have to be submitted to Mississauga first by the sponsor , they cant be sent to responsible visa office directly.Mississauga first clears the sponsor's eligibility whether he / she can sponsor or not ( there are certain criteria to be eligible to sponsor ) and then Mississauga send the application to responsible visa office for processing of Applicant ( eligibility , security , criminality etc and to issue visa if all checks are cleared )

Thanks a million for the reply. I ordered notes and the main reason is the difference of age between me and my wife. According to them, it is unusual in Pakistani culture for the bride to be older than groom which depicts my case as my wife is 2 years older than me. Also they stated that I have not provided enough day to day communication evidence.

Oh! I see. Thanks for clearing it up. It is beyond me now, why on earth some applicants are not getting their Originals back.

Remed done on oct 1st and addtl docs sent on nov 4th received in Lvo. Waiting since 2 months now no further communication. Sent ecase inquiry end of nov got no reply. Sent request for notes on dec 6th . Still waiting for some type of reply on something. How many days it takes for notes to get received ? Does the days include wknds or only working days to be counted .
Getting frustrated with later cases from like 4 months ago receiving dms.
Any advice on what to do ? How much further waiting period ?

I mean for people who have filed in sept getting their dms in December and we are waiting from feb of this year filed
