Hi everyone!
I just wanted to update that my husband picked up his PP with visa from Lahore yesterday, Alhamdullilah.
I want to thank everyone on this forum for being of utmost help to us and all the others. Inshallah everyone is reunited with their loved ones soon. I will remember you all in my prayers. On a side note, if anyone has gotten reasonable priced tickets for the upcoming month, please let me know

Have you ordered notes to see why you were called for interview? If you have more than 30 days till your interview, please order notes right away so that you know why they think your relationship is not genuine. That way you can prepare your answers better.

Can you please tell me that how you got email or your ECAS is updated?

I got email on 9th Dec 2015, that "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing."

But my ECAS is not update yet and it still says "SPONSOR APPLICATION IN PROCESS" and "Applicant's application received".

I see that your originals were returned to you, right? That is surely a positive sign. Why don't you send them a Case Specific Inquiry and ask what is taking so long. I've noticed that if you're polite, they do reply back

I don't know if they even reply back on Case Specific Inquiries. I sent an inquiry about change of address back in August 2015. Even though, address was updated, but, they've never responded back.

I can try it again.

and yes, originals were returned.

Our case is of June2014 and we are waiting for interview too ....I have sponsored my husband . And I'm staying here in Pakistan since July 2014.... We have not received any email regarding interview date yet . Please anybody reply me ,if you get the interview date for January and you are June 2014 case ,as I'm desparat to know about it.

How did you find out that your interview is in January if you haven't received an email yet. Normally they would send you interview schedule as an attachment to the email and ask for few forms too. They also give you around 6-8 weeks for preparation.

Hey everyone
my husband completed the medical today dec.16
it will be sent to delhi office in shaa allah

so how long does it take after that ( I am pretty this question has been asked )
and also what do we have to do ? Example: sending passport (where?) getting it stample etc

so how long and what are the next steps?
