Dear Members I can not Sent E-mail to CIC , Whenever I try to send I get Failure notice . LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca This is the Address on which i m trying to send. First time when I sent e-mail it was same but ( with Caps off ) . what to do now, any Idea ??

I was having the same issue...u better plz check the size of ur email...it should be under 10mb...that's what I did n it worked for me...

i hope u will get within 30 days and no need to submit LVO they will send CSQ informations to London visa office too bcz in my case lvo replied we already received ur CSQ so no need to send

Well, i have been given 30 days as well, with a wordings like "Final"

I don't think so. The applicant above is a poor fellow and applied in 2012. That is why I think they are following the same procedure.

Another member who applied in 2014 has got this mail 4 5 days ago..

So I just got my notes back. A few questions:

What is recommended passed (under my husband...who I am sponsoring)?
What is counterfoil?
Security and criminality not started means it will happen but they haven't started it right now, right? It's simple...right?
There is an application assignment due date...what does that mean?
It says 'Paper File' is 'put away'...what does that mean?
On multiple places they say due date is November 13, what does that mean? Though, under security...the due date is February 14, 2016.

Date you filed the application
Sponsor Approval date
Medical Date
File transfer date
Additional docs request date (if any)

dear members i submitted my wife passport on 19 nob 2015 to vfs Islamabad, so when it is expected to be back ecas shows decision made, ishe haven"t received PPR1 direct updated info sheet pics and original passport request,,,,,

I submitted mine on 13 Nov got it back on Dec 3

I would suggest wait 3 weeks

My notes are the same thing. Elibility: Recommend passed. Due date was 30th October which is long gone now. Security Criminality not started. Medical passed, though it is expiring 31st Decmeber 2015.

Recommend passed means that the first officer has no doubt about your relationship, but due to some internal flags he has to pass the decision to the senior officer. He will probably pass you too. Just a matter of time now.

Due dates mean nothing.

File is put away until further notice.

You need to focus on the comments at the end of your notes. Mine had a two-page long note stating our whole relationship story and how the officer thought he has no doubt about our relationship.

There is supposedly a big pile up of files at the LVO that need approval by a senior officer. Let's hope its sooner than later. Keeping hopes high of hearing something soon

Thank you! I read the comments and they basically talked about our whole relationship too and how the relationship seems bona fide. They did write that there aren't any explicit ruksati pictures (as in pictures of Quran over my head). I guess that's why they forwarded it to the Senior officer. Hopefully, that officer looks at all the files they are supposed to soon!

Haha I agree. I showed a few comments to my colleagues because they were just way too funny!

I was in high spirits when I first got the notes but I know it'll be sometime before anything happens.

Hello,

CSQ usually takes 4 weeks as per what I have read around the forum. Once you're approved, MIDI automatically lets London know, and from thereon the wait begins. I am guessing the 45 days deadline is the deadline to submit everything to MIDI and not LVO.

I just have another question.

I am pregnant and my due date is january 6 inshAllah. I did attach my pregnancy letter from the doctor when I sent my application. I just wanted to know, should I send my baby's birth certificate once he's born or should I wait till they ask me for it?

you will have to send the certificate and complete the additional family form as well.
