Correspondence will be sent when they will deem it necessary. If your status does mention of your documents being received, then you don't need to worry. Just be patient and move on.

Status does not mention anything, that is why I worry.

Inquiry regarding Photos in Passport submission Package (sent through VFS islamabad)

In the passport submission package, does one need to send the accompanying family member picture who is canadian citizen (sponsoring party)? I know that you don't need to send their passport, but, what about the two photos as per app. B? I sent my passport package about two weeks ago through VFS. The package was complete in all aspects except that I didn't include my wife's photos (because I thought she is the sponsoring party and her passport wasn't required). I happen to be the only principal applicant.

If you think it is a mistake, will it cause any delays and is there any way to fix it?

I am a May 2015 applicant. I was asked about an English translation of our Urdu Nikkah nama on October 28th, it was delivered to them on November 2nd (according to online tracking) however, I have received no correspondence after that. I have emailed them and sent them a case specific inquiry but no response. Anyone in the same position? How long does it take for PPR after additional documents? Its been over a month now.

i've the same situation. i sent my additional docs over a month ago and havent heard back anything yet. praying for something soon InshaAllah

my husbnd lives in canda ,he has a candian citizenship and he sponsered me,
here is my timeline admin add me in spread sheet

recvd .........14 sep 2015
aproved .........19 nov 2015
transfer to LVO.....19 nov 2015

i dont know wht's next ?????

I received medical request on november 20th and went and got medical done on November 26. Today I receive an email from New Delhi saying my previous medical has expired and I need to get chest X-ray done within 7 days. What is this all about????

I have reviewed your in-put about 4th line addition to another forum member.

I have same situation. LVO added 4th line "(We send you correspondence dated 25-Nov-2015..........)" but I can only see 4th line when is gets login thru application number. In that correspondence LVO asked me to submit current photographs along with color copy of passport bio page (Notarized/attested) and I did dispatch the same within couple of days. According to FedEx tracking LVO received the parcel. I was thinking that this is PPR1 as I'm March-2014 applicant so they applied their previous practice in my case. I know that Late 2014 and 2015 applicants are directly getting PPR2 which is original passport request along with photographs. What do you think?

Secondly, addition of 4th line is a positive sign? What do you think?

Addition of 4th line does not always means PPR. It could be request for additional docs or re-medical as well. In our case they added that line for second re-med request (as they lost results of our first re-medical) and after couple of days we received the same request via email. Yes, it is a positive sign as your case inches towards the DM.

The PPR email you get from LVO is quite clear and self explanatory, only the PA is supposed to send his / her required PP, photos and form A. So, you have not done any mistake.

Send a CSE and attach the scanned copy of medical receipt also write your UCI #, file # and medical request # i.e. IME # and tell them your situation.

I can do that but they have given me 7 day deadline. London medical Division sent me a re medical request and I got it done and now 4-5 days after completing that I get an email from New Delhi stating this:

This is in reference to your visa application. The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self.

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF) Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so any guidance please? Thank you

The PPR email you get from LVO is quite clear and self explanatory, only the PA is supposed to send his / her required PP, photos and form A. So, you have not done any mistake.

And any dependents if applicable that are being sponsored.

While it may seem like a simple process, every task must follow a proper procedure. We don't really know how complicated those procedures may be. Plus, there are other factors like the tragic incident happened in France and increased air traffic due to upcoming holidays of Christmas. There are many points we can speculate over, but, we can't be certain.

Impatience will not get anyone, anywhere. Life is complicated in many ways, but, we should never lose our focus on the point that nothing can happen without God's will. Everyone will I.A. reunite with their partner on the very time specified by him, and not a second earlier or late.

My main concern is medical expiry. If it expires, then it's over

I am extremely humbled to announce that my husband received his PPR today!! Alhamdullilah
I just wanted to ask, and I am extremely sorry this has been answered so many times. Does he only fill out his line (PA) on appendix A, or my info needs to be there too on the second line? (Sorry for asking again!)
