Congrats for those you have received their PPR.
I need help from you guys.
Here's my timeline.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 6, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 17, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on November 12, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Till now i haven't received any letter from them neither from email or by mail.
i contacted my lawyer he said they required a english Nikka nama and fee is required to pay.
Can somebody help me with this how long to receive a letter from them or how should i contact them to let them know that i haven't received anything from their side. I already send the email but no reply
???

How does your lawyer know they require english Nikah nama, if he recived an email asking for that this month, that is probably what that line is referring to. You usually get 30 days to reply so send them a copy of the Nikah nama and just pay your fees.

But there is no answer from their side, is there any contact number for them cause i called CIC and they said we don't have any information available i am so worried don't know what to do....

if u have sent an email or case specific inquiry then u u have to wait at least 2 weeks before they can reply u back.

Can anyone tell me what lvo is checking after they send back original documents. It's been 3 months since they sent originals backs but did not say why or what they were still doing.so can anyone explain this part of the process to me?

I am sorry to read this ipoo. What you have provided doesn't seem sufficient to proof your intent to reside back in Canada. In addition to these documents, CIC is really interested in knowing potential job offers, submitting resumes, speaking to friends in Canada about moving back, any proof to show registration back to school for kids, leases, rentals etc. etc. If you can gather all this, and submit it in timely fashion. Hopefully, with additional information, they can revert back their decision.

Well CIC can't ask me for the job letter that's for sure, or else they will be in the court. I have one kid, who is going to be 3 years in the end of December 2015, so its early for his school. Though I have sent one correspondence of school admission procedure to them. I believe I have to send few letters from friends and family, that's all I can send. CIC didn't say our relationship is not genuine. I believe ODSP letter is sufficient for alternative to job. As for as living is concerned its not a big deal for a person like me living in Canada since 2002. Running bank account, having credit cards. Even though have friends to who can arrange, but what I don't ask them I can take care of my family myself.

I don't know what else they require? CIC had to tell us what exact documents to provide to them. Whatever documents they required in the application, we have provided them. They didn't say about any documents in regards of intention to reside in Canada, even though I believe a person who is disable, is on ODSP is sufficient to them to provide a letter from the same(ODSP) which is a govt. department. May be CIC just need few letters from friends and relatives..

Today we received passport and visa back from VFS Islamabad. We are really happy and pray for the rest of you waiting. Don't give up hope.

I noticed the spreadsheet was updated wrong. We did not receive visa and COPR on Nov 12, 2015. We received it back on Nov 23, 2015.

How lon did it take to get passport back??

When did you submit your passport at VFS islamabad. My wife submitted on 29th of October but still waiting for Passport return... Just wounder how much days it needs these days.. As I bought for her a flight ticket at 5th of December... Thanks in advance for the information..

We dropped off the passport on Nov 2, 2015 and it was dispatched to CIC Islamabad on Nov 3, 2015. I made the same mistake and had to change the tickets once. I got the tickets thinking it was a good deal and the visa would be in by then but it wasn't so I had to pay $375.00 to change the date. We got worried too and sent a case specific enquiry directly to CIC Islamabad using their website and got a response the next day. We told them that we have a flight booked and need the passport and visa ASAP. They basically asked for the VFS tracking number and date it was submitted. After that we did not hear anything but got the call from VFS to pick up the passport a few days later. Hopefully you will get the call soon as well.

I believe they are doing your background checks. We received our originals back once the visa officer was satisfied that the relationship was genuine but it could be different for case by case? I think you should order notes. Ordering notes was a huge relief for us because we were not worried about anything after reading them. We knew it was just a matter of time.

Well he said that he called directly to the immigration and that's what he had received an answer back from that.
Yes that's correct i will be sending my documents ASAP.
The only think i don't where to send those documents.

???Anyone here have the same refusal like me?? My permanent resident application of 31 mos under spousal sponsorship was refused. .........I am unclear exactly as to moving forward with the process. Is it necessary to apply again as if I never applied before for permanent residency? Would I need to wait the lengthy period of time again or would consideration be given to the already (31) months that have passed since my initial application? Is all the information retained, that my partner and I gave during our interview on May 12, 2015 so as to possibly expedite the application process? I called immigration hotline and they advise me to contact the officer. I asked the same question if I need to reapply- they advise me to contact the immigration who made the decision. I wrote a letter to the officer, not sure if he would reply. Still waiting though.....

I am a Canadian Citizen, disable, gave my ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program letter), Bank Statements, Credit Cards info, wrote the info about my intention to reside in Canada,............

I have determined that you may not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act because your sponsor does not appear to meet Section R130 of the IRPR. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations state, in section:
R 130. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a sponsor, for the purpose of sponsoring a foreign national who makes an application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the family class or an application to remain in Canada as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class under subsection 13(1) of the Act, must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who
(b) resides in Canada.
R 130. (2) A sponsor who is a Canadian citizen and does not reside in Canada may sponsor a foreign national who makes an application referred to in subsection (1) and is the sponsor’s spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child who has no dependent
children, if the sponsor will reside in Canada when the foreign national becomes a permanent resident.

You do not appear to meet these requirements because your sponsor is currently residing outside of Canada. I therefore have concerns that they may not be eligible to sponsor you. I am providing you with a final opportunity to provide evidence of your sponsor’s return to Canada or their intention to return to Canada.

I am sorry but the VO seems to be drunken. His/her words contradicts; as is highlighted in bold.
