Mine was received n signed by H Addelmajid on 5th Oct
Still no news

I send documents two times first voluntarily, Rukhsati proofs and other time when they ask for educational documents for my wife. The first set of documents received by A HAFID and second time by R MUSHTAQ.

Congratulations!.......You will get Passport Request 1 (PPR1) and then Passport Request 2 (PPR2), may be a month and you will have your visa stamped

In process since 20 aug. recieved originals back on 28 th aug. re med request on 7 sept. After tht nothing

I got appointment for re-med on 27 Oct.

They are charging Rs. 6720 for the test. For re-med don't they charge less and do x-ray only ?

Hi...im new here.. i applied for my husband sponsorship in April 2014, REmed was done in April 2015. Permanent residence fees was also paid in April 2015. Application status went in process on in July 2015.
I ordered notes and was told background is being checked.
Does anyone have any idea how long does background check takes?
Eevryone is saying we are vey close to passport request but arent they taking long enough.... im fed up of waiting......

For re medical they charge 4900 PKR & they do full test except urine & blood tests

You're right, PPR1 and PPR2 is an old procedure, they don't do it that way anymore. You just submit passport with Appendix A at a VAC location and then collect when visa is ready.
