Thank-you so much YYC2015!! InshAllah you will receive Decision Made as well very soon!! I was actually very surprised at how fast they processed our application. Based on some earlier posts of people saying they attached all kinds of logs (Skype, Viber, whatsapp, etc), ours should have taken longer or we should have at least had an additional documents request. I provided our consultant with our Skype log (over 500 pages) and he didn't even attach that to the application. He said if they ask, he'll have it as backup. So we actually had no other constant means of communication sent. Just emails, some Western Union receipts, pictures, etc. Also this was a Nikkah only case. Anyways, Alhumdulillah it's almost done and over with and the process went by seamlessly. Hoping for the same for you and everyone else.

U mentionned yours was a nikah only case...Mine too...I thought CIC doesn't really consider you're marriage valid until ruksati..

it Totally Depends on who is dealing your case, what type of person she/he is etc..

hello congrate for dm dear so you do not send any screen short and how many marrige certifacte you send with your file means urdu nikah nama you also send or not

Thank-you so much ahmedwaqas! Nope, I didn't send any screenshots at all. I only sent 1 Marriage certificate with English and Urdu translation. Also, I sent my Urdu Nikkah nama copy as well as an English copy.

thanks sarim and maybe my case will final before jan 2016 because this london visa office is very fast know and lots of 2015 applecents got dm and ppr like azlan my friend got dm just know with in 7 months so i am may 2015 so hope me also leson good news soon and you as june applecent and all other inshallah also some 2014 applecent pending cases so i pray for all of applecents good luck

It will not effect your case just write a letter to cic and update the situation and your current resident address.

Ahmed Waqas, since I am residing in UAE, I am arranging my forms / checklist as per UAE guide. I just want to check with you as well, do we have to submit originals of our birth certificate, marriage certificate etc. and if photocopy has to be provided, do we have to certify it from notary public.
