how r u friends. I have received interview letter and medical together. Actually my cousin have received her interview letter and after the interview she received medical letter after three months. in my case they sended both lettet together is there anybody have any idea about this m so worried about this.

First of every case is different, no matter if they are from same family or country. Secondly, it depends on the working of a VO and he / she proceeds the case as per requirements. So nothing to worry about, couple of other people have received the requests same way.

two months from the date they start working on it or 2 months after they receive the file in their office.

My wife has received her VISA and COPR and is ready to land but I heard she needs to get her NICOP for overseas Pakistanis. Does she have to get it in Pakistan? Or can she get it when shes in Canada?

She can Fly-In to Canada without NICOP, but she can not Fly In- to Pakistan without NICOP.

But its better to get NICOP from Pakistan. I believe it takes a month to get NICOP the date you apply.

I have to take my polio vaccination certificate with me on remedical day.. Can I get this certificate from any private hospital of my area or I have to take it from some government hospital?

and today I got request letter @ my Canadian mailing address that kindly collect your nikkah nama and they returned all pics but my status is still in process

Only Govt. Hospitals and those who are appointed by the govt. authorities at the point of enter (airports).

I have no phone contact, normally they contact only by emails, if you are living in Karachi u can go directly, may be they can give u an appointment. I heard that they do sometimes take even without prior appointment.

Yes, its normal.
They are slow to update eCAS.
Was the letter a Passport Request?

Not a Problem...
If you get PASSPORT REQUEST for COPR, while you are in Canada, No PRoblem...
The email which will be sent for passport request will contain every possibility...for instance an excerpt is below..

Submitting your passport(s) in Canada (CPC-O):

If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”). You are required to send your passport(s) together along with a copy of this correspondence by mail or courier to the following address.

P.S... Pakistani passports can NEVER MAIL to/from PAKISTAN,..thats A LAW set by INTERIOR Ministry of Pakistan.
