What type of document does the medical center/Panel Physician give?
Can we submit a photocopy of that document along application?

e-Medical Information Sheet It has your UMI number on it and a Bar Code. Yes you can send photocopy as long as it is good enough for them to be able to scan that Bar Code to retrieve your information.

Please send the documents through reliable mail with tracking e.g DHL, FedEx etc

Does that mean we can not send the documents through email?
or are you saying that mail is a preferred method?

I was under the impression that you can send documents or letter they have requested through an email unless their email clearly stated that they are to be mailed.

Please clarify!!!!

Azlan I just sent Additional Documents By post , 1 and half week ago . When you send them Document make sure UCI & File number is written Correctly on Cover letter . On Which Date you got Additional Document Request ??

I got additional documents request on 23rd Set. I replied to same email with all requried documents, They asked for 1. Copy of Urdu Nikah Namah. 2. Rukhsati Pictures.

assalam.. i was sponsored by my spouse in october 2013 , in february2015 london visa office said about relationship that it was not genuine and asked for proofs which were given to them on 06-07-2015 , now status on cic website changed from "application received" to "in process" on 25-09-2015
what does it mean and what will be next steps and i did not get any remedical request or additional documents request..

it means after primary verification that ur file is complete, they have started processing of ur file. now they will check ur security BGC and issue medical if not done earlier.
from this date to onward ur file is in the queue for processing.
they may ask u any additinl documents, fees, photos, medical, etc if they want to finlize ur case.

Hi All,
My wife got the decision made and got her passport got stamped. i have already purchased her flight ticket and now today i have received a notice for her medical (X - ray and stuff). She was exempted from the medical before, guess thats why she got her Visa.
Not sure what to do right now.
1) should i get her medical done, but time is limited.
2) let her travel as she already has the immigrant visa stamped and ticket purchased , without doing the medical.

I have sent original of all documents except for CNIC, Passport as they require originals from Pakistani nationals. I think where asked specifically for a copy you send it otherwise send the original. I will not take any chances and sent them through post (with tracking) and also through email.

What's your timeline? The application submission date and the date it went in process/decision made, etc.?

yes, I'm sponsered spouse from Pakistan ànd our file is in London Visa Office,
The decision made status is shown under sponser approval, not on principal applicant, so I guess I have to wait now till the status shown as "IN PROCESS"

Most probably sent by mistake, glitch in the system. Happened with some people last month. Just to make sure, send a Case Specific Enquiry to LVO and get an official response instead of forum suggestions.

I applied for spousal sponsorship.

Case received on April 7, 2014 in Mississauga
Process started on May 30, 2014 in London Office (recieved confirmation letter)
I inquired about my case in May, 2015 and came to know that an interview of my wife will be conducted in Islamabad and she will be notified a month prior to it
I went to my local MP office and inquired regarding my case but no luck in receiving any new info
Its been almost 16 months but no word on interview and neither as to what went wrong in my case.
I could see that mostly cases are being closed in 10 to 13 months in London
Can someone please help me with this interview mystery. Why are they taking so long to schedule an interview. Should I hope for an interview call any time sooner?
Please advise.
