FOR ALL THE POST JUNE 2015 APPLICANTS: From June 2015 onwards LVO has started putting applications straight away 'IN PROCESS' on ECAS after file transfer. However it's not clear yet that IF IT IS AN ACTIVE FILE PROCESSING OR NOT.

SARIM and IPOO were the first JUNE Applicants on this forum to have gone 'IN PROCESS', and as for as I know they haven't received any further communication yet. They are in a better position to further illustrate this direct 'IN PROCESS' thing.

Most probably they are processing apps in order, Jan to March 2015 currently, and in order of 'App Filed' rather than App Transfer date. As for as the next steps are concerned: If a file in in Active Processing then you would either receive communication from LVO for further Doc etc. or it will go to DM if LVO doesn't need any further Documents for processing.

I hope it addresses all the concerns,

Two months near to complete after file transfer to LVO but nothing heard from them. I am thinking if i didn't receive any thing until dec i will order notes and see what's going on with my application.

All the re-assessment applicants.

After remedial have you guys send any Document to CIC regarding the medical? or Physician take care of every thing.

I had my re-medical about a month back and i haven't heard anything afterwards. Just wondering have the received my report or not??

Your local IOM where you take the test will upload the med-results online through their Medical Information System, which is accessible worldwide (that's what the guy told us at Karachi IOM). So, basically local IOM does not send any email to either NDVO or LVO, likewise the applicant is also not suppose to send anything.

Your eCAS status will tell you if they have received the results, secondly you can order notes to verify it.

[/After searching few forum pages I assume they have change the SOP and send applications directly to In Process after SA. Couple of months back LVO was actively processing files of Aug - Sep 2014, but suddenly they geared up the things and jumped to March 2015, which is a good thing. However, it puts applicants in sheer frustration who have applied much earlier and waiting since ages. One can hardly understand their processing logic.

Sponsorship Application received in CIC Mississauga on May 4,2015
Approval received on June 30, 2015 and its showing Decision Made on ECAS.
They requested for Quebec Selection Certificate as my Husband is a Quebec Citizen.
Our Quebec Selection Certificate Approval has been received on Sept 20th,2015. and the ministry has sent the decision to CIC as well, but we haven't got any intimation from CIC about it.

Its 15 days and still Islamabad office has not issued me a visa

I haven't received a remed request on email, its been two weeks now since it was updated on ecas, i went back to my application and saw that there is a typo error in the email address of applicant, there is a - instead of"-" experts please advise. can i get this fixed over the phone, have already send the email through inquiry.

can anyone advise if i can go directly and get the medical done by myself through IOM
