I can't believe this ridiculous line of arguement about Hep C. I'm sorry micmac but you're grossly misinformed about the disease and doing just a few minutes of research would help clear things up for you. For one thing, Hep C does NOT cause Aids and is not primarily spread through sexual activity. There has been a lot of progress in treatments lately and there is even a drug on the market today (Sovaldi) that can effectively "cure" you of the disease even though you must be careful for the rest of your life.

Please read up on the basics: http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/hepc/faq-eng.php

"When a healthcare provider prescribes treatment for a person infected with the hepatitis C virus, one of the goals is to reduce the person's viral load (the amount of the virus present in the blood) to undetectable and to sustain that reduction over time. If there is no measurable virus 6 months after completion of treatment, an individual is said to be a "sustained viral responder". Many specialists consider these people to be cured."

Completely agree with you. My mother in law had treatment in canada for H C and now she is okay now. But the treatment is really expensive

What do the LVO actually expects? What one should deposit as a marriage contract?
You "with id Applied in October" deposited the main documents that normally one gets in Pakistan (Nadra marriage certificate and nikkah namma with translation).
What did you submit when you were asked by LVO to submit (Marriage Certificate / Licence, Urdu Nikah Nama and translation.) .
Hey, they asked my the same document a few months ago. I sent them the marriage certificate and English Nikkah namma (the same stuff that I sent the first time) not sure why they requested it. Oh, and this time I got my English Nikkah namma and marriage cerficated stamped by an oath commissioner

as regular process, you must have Urdu nikkah nama and then translated in English and attested and verified.

if you don't have Urdu nikah nama then you have to explain the reason why u don't have Urdu nikah nama.

otherwise arrange in Urdu from the same location they can issue with the same number and date in Urdu.

If u have a copy of English nikkah nama then translate in to urdu from translators and get notary attestation services.

HIV is AIDS and Hep C causes Aids and there is no cure HEP C. I know my sister died from it!
I have a family frnds whose young 18 years daughter suddenly said thay she has severe pain in his tummy n she jus held her tummy tightly n she died within half an hour.. Nobody knows that was there any cancer or tumour in her tummy but she had never complaint for anything before.. I also know a girl whose fiance died one day suddenly while he was on phone talking to her n he jus had cough but on that day he had severe cough attack n he died with it, may be his heart stopped beating by the extreme pressure n he had heart attack or heart fail.. I hav also heard about a person who got a minor injury/wound but after few days he died jus because of tetanus infection.. My one classmate died during her delivery her baby survived but she died..

So the purpose of mentioning all these incidents is that can u say that cough is not curable its fatal disease or if one hav a pain in tummy so he gonna die soon, woman should not have babies bcz one can die with it, or if u get hurt with a nail or pointed thing n hav a minor injury then u gonna die n its not curable..
Are all these diseases not curable n if someone have one of these then its not curable bcz my sis, bro or someone i know died with it... Oh plzz Micmac come on n stop disappointing people here if u cnt say anything good to someone atleast dont make them disappointed its a sin too..

Ur sister died bcz ut was in her destiny to die with Hep C although i do agree that its a vad diseaese but its curable n i know my 2 3 uncles who hav it n r still healthy bcz they took medicine did desi totkas too parhez etc b they are fit Masha Allah.. My grand mother coped with it for more than 15 tears but eventually she died bcz she was aged too so u cnt say that she died bcz Hep C n its not curable..

May Allah rest your sister in peace n give her higher place in Jannah n forgive us too. Ameen

HIV weakens your immune system to the point that you have AIDS.
Hep C does not cause AIDS.
There is a vaccine for HepA and HepB but not HepC.
There is medicine that does cure HepC.
I am not sure what your sister had, HepC or AIDS as you seem to have them confused.
Just a little bit of research on your own behalf would have prevented you from spreading false information to other members.
I am grateful here for the members who took the time to clear this misinformation.
May your sister rest in peace.
