my file is transferred from Mississauga to London in June 2015. I sponsor my wife from Pakistan. I applied for her visitor visa and she got her visa and coming to Canada end of this month. My question is : does it help anyways in our immigration case, and when she is here what things I should do if later on London ask more proofs or anything.

And I believe it can help in the sense that you will be spending time together, so you will have pictures and other proofs (maybe a joint bank account, local phone numbers showing communication, etc) which you can send to LVO if they ask for more proof.

A 'Bay' form cannot replace Pakistani passport or NICOP. It is not a valid travel document.
One lady had a Nadra Birth Certificate and they refused it as a substitute for Pak pp or NICOP.
You can try contacting FIA for clarification: http://www.fia.gov.pk/contact.htm

I'm going to apply for a Pakistani Passport then. Glad the issue was resolved on time, thank you everyone for your input. The child will the be traveling with birth certificate and Pakistani + Canadian passport. Are the CAD citizenship certificate and CAD passport sufficient for entry into Canada, there shouldn't be any visa issues?

To keep things simple. At your place I would go for a CNIC.

The child has a Bay form, can this replace the need for Pakistani passport or NICOP? I have some people telling me it can, and it's getting confusing.

No, its not replace. So Passport is an option rather then NICOP as its bit expensive and only matter of exit the country.

I'm also in the same boat. I think you guys are at least "in process" mine isn't even in process. Even though eligibility is passed apparently (as per notes).

Alhamdulilah, received PPR today. I pray all for us brothers and sisters waiting in line. I do agree with some of the comments about LVO not responding to cases that have been outstanding from 2014.
The least they should do is keep the applicants and sponsors in the loop of whatever is happening to applications.

Alhamdulliah My applications finally changed to in process today on ecas but it updated saying they started processing on dec 29,2014. Can anyone tell me how long people are waiting for decision made or ppr or whatever the next step is?

You don't require a Canadian Citizenship certificate.
