For the brothers and sisters who have ordered notes, are medical requests sent when background/security checks are completed and eligibility has been approved or are medical requests sent before? Also, if ECAS is showing as in process does that mean the interview is waived?? :

According to my understanding and if I'm not wrong "eligibility check" normally takes place before "re-medical calls" whereas, "background and criminality checks" are usually done after receiving the re-medical results. I could be wrong here but this is what I have read on the internet. Most "interviews" are decided during "eligibility" checks for instance when your case doesn't seems to be strong enough they put you in an interview queue however I have heard of few interview cases taking place during background and criminalty stages after re-medicals. But you should only be worried about it when there are any criminalty issues in your past life. Again, all this info is either over-heard from people with their past experiences or taken from the Internet/other websites. so don't take my word on it, I could be wrong as well.

After remed and additional docs, no email has received. I think my husband change his country of stay thats y they are delaying

I'm also April-2014 applicant, you can also see my detailed timeline. I'm still waiting for DM / PPR. I don't know what is taking so long.!!

We can't do another just to pray. Don't worry you'll have good news soon InshahAllah. I'm expecting feedback from LVO within this week. Pls pray for me also.

Have you tried ordering note? Can you pls advise on what email address u did send case specific inquiry? Tnx

Aoa,

I just have a question regarding proof of relationship. I've sponsored my husband and we've provided proof such as skype chat logs, tons of pics from many events together with family and plane tickets/boarding passes from each visit. We also have a daughter who is about to turn 2 soon. So should I send in more proof, or is all of the above enough proof?

Please inform.

Anyway i have not send a case enquiry yet bcoz i wil call my lawyer and ask him to email cic but there is a link that Mercy posted so you can follow it. I wil order notes this week.

HEllo everyone i just went through the timeline and i am very happy to see that most of the cases are solved in minimum 6-7 months. i wonder if it continues till the end of this year because i will be applying in November.Prayers for all of you who are waiting to see their life partners.

Your husband just needs to bring the things they have mentioned in the email.

Normally, medical requests are sent after eligibility check completed and background/security checks are started anytime after eligibility has passed.
ECAS "in process" does not mean the interview has been waived.
