You dont have any pics of rukhsati :S? like not even 2 or 3 with both sitting in car? etc

You have to meet your MP and convince him.. you have the right to appeal but make sure you come up with something solid.

and one question that made me andnmy wife worried is

but we dnt have any kid yet why they ask this lol?
and seocund my medical is expried at may 2015 but they didnt ask for remidical
if they extended my medical for one more year how should i know? because they didnt mention anything about my medical

Your focus should be on your personal communication with your spouse.
About the rukhsati, I am surprised you did not take pictures even if it was simple.
I can't say much more how you want to handle this as you have different choices.
With respect to re-medical, they will send request or extension at their discretion, regardless of your expired medical.

Mercy,

Your med's weren't extended even though there were no traveling/sickness? My husband's has already expired and still no news. It has been over 2 weeks since in process. InshaAllah khair :)

No extension granted. I don't know why --they don't say. There was no travelling or sickness.
If you don't get response from LVO this week, I think you should send case enquiry next week.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Assalam o alaikum,

Here is my timeline:

Upfront Medical: 22 November 2014
Application Filed: 26 November 2014
LVO Transfer: 18 February 2015
In Process on ECAS: 14 August 2015
In Process*: Another line added to ECAS stating that application was started processing in March 2015
Decision Made: 28 August 2015
Passport Request: 1 September 2015

I think the key here is that I did my medical very close to a date to which I was filing my application. Secondly, The completeness of the application I filed. I made a very comprehensive application so that CIC don't ask for any additional documentation during the processing which might cause any delays.

Thanks.

For those that have ordered notes in the past, are med requests sent when background/security checks have been done (ie. eligibility has been approved) or before?

About two weeks ago, we had asked our local MP's office to do a case inquiry for us, just to know that things were moving along smoothly. I got a call from them today telling me that all background and security checks were complete and it was a "positive selection" (I'm guessing that means eligibility was passed). Our original documents have also been mailed back (not yet received), and now we are waiting for a response on medical extension. Unfortunately, no way to know about that until we actually get a re-med request........It's not all great news, but still gives us a bit of hope.

Ah yes, I forgot to mention.
Just include a simple explanation in your cover letter, you have no daughter and none has been added to your application.
LVO is going thru several different applications of different immigration categories from different countries.

Thats great news. Hope you get the medical extended as well Insha Allah! I wonder if it's the same for all of us who got the medical extension emails?
