I need my original documents back in canada. shat is the process to request is there any form given by cic or i just given them an email. DM is done on Ecase

My wife's medical will expire on 3rd sep'15 and still no contact from LVO... i see nov'14 and dec'14 applicants' getting med reqsts and PPRs.... i wonder why my case if stuck... below is my timeline...

I sent some docs to LDNImmigration in July, 2015 as per their email which I'd received.
I.e. Urdu NIKAH NAMA AND COMM. EVIDENCES etc
40 days completed as the docs have been delivered to them.
When will they gimme response??

They do not normally give a response when they receive documents.

I applied via lawyer.
My status update last Tuesday said IN PROCESS.
But my lawyer did not get any notification.
I want to ask whenever cic send any correspondence. . is it also updated on the ECAS?
Means I wana have a countercheck on correspondence as lawyer may overlook any email... or just in case.

It can be from a day to even a month, but shouldn't be too long. Has your status changed to DM, what is your timeline?

It's been really slow the past week I hope it's the calm before the storm (of a lot of DMs)......

That is the gut feeling I have right now. They will open the "floodgates" of DMs in the next couple of weeks, so be prepared everyone.
