There is a lot of discussion on this topic right now, and I think with the large number of files that have gone into in-process these past few weeks probably means that you're right. The meaning of in-process isn't as significant as it used to be, unless these files do get a DM within the next month-ish. I hope I'm wrong and that there is just a surge in productivity at LVO

I noticed something really strange with eCAS.
The way the visa office are reporting in-process times have changed drastically.
For example, when a client would click on the "in process" link in eCAS, they would see the date his/her file was open. From there, normally within one month you would have a DM.
Nowadays, those that recently got 'in-process' status, when clicking on the link --the date your file was open is actually closer to when the case file was transferred to LVO. It's a very big difference!
Personally, I think it's to save their ass. It looks bad if the file appears sitting their doing nothing but collecting dust for long time.

My husband is going to sponsor me i have spent 1 year in Pak after marriage n want to know how much time more i have to wait ?

Today i got my documents back.

Did you ask them about your documents or they sent you back ur documents on their own?

mercy please guid me how to get record of chat . in case of screen it can take thousands of screen shots or should i download my Facebook archived of chat and print out in word file . how many print pages do i need to send

you don't have to send them complete chat record. just take bits and pieces, e.g. start from the beginning when you started talking and added each other on fb account. then continue gathering monthly data. they just want to know that guys have been in touch and marriage is genuine.

Line No.2 is added in the eCAS status today, it is still “in process” though.

1. We received XXXX XXXX's application for permanent residence on September 10, 2014.
2. We started processing XXXX XXXX's application on November 12, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.

Is the CIC playing tricks with us? They put us on “In Process” on Aug 10, only after my wife sent them CSE on Aug 05.

Can't say anything whether they are playing tricks or is it the actual date when they opened ur file. My file was transferred to LVO on Oct 24th and
ecas status says "We started processing XXXX's application on October 24, 2014"

I am also jan 2015 applicant but my status is still the same application received. March and June applicants status has changed, what is going on with my file???

Does it mention "Date of Entry" or is it the same as "Date of Expiry"?
