Hello Mercy!
we got email from Delhi for medical re-assessment today too
it says to do following examination:
  • Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

I just sent an email to canmedpk @ iom.int to make an appointment.
do we need to tell IOM to send email attachment of above forms to new delhi ? or we can provide email print to let them know the instructions?
No need to tell to IOM, they know the SOP, they will upload the results in the Medical Information System made for this purpose which is globally accessible on internet

However, take a copy of email you received from New Delhi and appointment email along with you on your medical day

You can only schedule an appointment for a medical re-assessment once you've been contacted by CIC? Do they give you some sort of communication that you need to show to set up an appointment. I mean you can't do it preemptively assuming they're going to deny medical extension........?
Re-meds are done only once you have received any email either from LVO or New Delhi, so when you apply for appointment to IOM send them your particulars and forward the copy of that email.

Help needed received email from LVO

Please be advised that, in order for us to continue processing your application, we require the following:

- Updated, signed Schedule A form ensuring there are no gaps; in your original submissions the period Sep. 2011 to Jan. 2012 was unaccounted for.

- Union Council issued NADRA marriage registration certificate. (Where do I get this done, marriage was in Karachi)

- You were married in Sep. 2013 yet a sponsorship application for permanent residence was not submitted until Dec. 2014. Please provide an explanation for this delay.

- Repeat medical examination; please note that repeat medical instruction forms will be emailed

Advice on how to go about this will be appreciated.

Thanks

I would recommend you write a letter explaining the delay and submit other documents as requested.

Medical extension is sent from CHC London.
They will ask if you have any history of travelling outside the country and if you have been ill since your last upfront medical examination.
After which, a request from visa officer is sent to the regional CIC Medical office, New Delhi.
If medical officer gives approval, a 12 month extension is granted for the medical certificate.
So the applicant does not have to do a re-medical examination.

Re-medical is just that; an applicant visiting IOM for re-medical examination.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

I noticed something really strange with eCAS.
The way the visa office are reporting in-process times have changed drastically.
For example, when a client would click on the "in process" link in eCAS, they would see the date his/her file was open. From there, normally within one month you would have a DM.
Nowadays, those that recently got 'in-process' status, when clicking on the link --the date your file was open is actually closer to when the case file was transferred to LVO. It's a very big difference!
Personally, I think it's to save their ass. It looks bad if the file appears sitting their doing nothing but collecting dust for long time.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

@ Mercy24, don't forget the Elections time.
giving "in process" does ultimately mean there is a hope that applicants are near the end line. just a hope at least i think.
