thanks, please let us know, if they follow the instructions by sending pdf by email to dehli ? do let us know if we need to take print of reassessment form we received in attachment and page 5-6 of IMM5419 for PP to fill out and send further?

ALHAMDULILLAH My ecase status has been changed today August 26, 2015 from application received to "IN PROCESS" as follows: Number 2 has been added. If application was in process from April 30, 2015 and they changed now. I don't know what they will do next. Should I count my time from April 30 or August 26????

1. We received your application for permanent pplication on Dec 22,2014
2. We started processing your application on April 30 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

My ECAS has been updated with the addition of another line under the Permanent Residence status. It now shows as follows:

1. We received <wife's name> application for permanent residence on June 9, 2015.
2. We started processing <wife's name> application on August 14, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

I am guessing this doesn't mean much other than the fact that they have just received the application as I have seen other Visa Offices making the same updates but I thought I would just let everyone know.

Where did you received the documents? Canada or Pakistan?

You can only schedule an appointment for a medical re-assessment once you've been contacted by CIC? Do they give you some sort of communication that you need to show to set up an appointment. I mean you can't do it preemptively assuming they're going to deny medical extension........?

or Physician can take care of every thing, all i need to do is pop up at IOM, right?

Why you want to change your date its better as soon as you complete your re assessment what you need to do before this is all for doctor to fill up report and form just go there let them know came for re assessment they have everything and they send them with report the form they mention you just have to go there.

we got email from Delhi for medical re-assessment today too
it says to do following examination:

• Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
  Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
  Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)
  

I just sent an email to canmedpk @ iom.int to make an appointment.
do we need to tell IOM to send email attachment of above forms to new delhi ? or we can provide email print to let them know the instructions?

I was planning on printing the email; bringing 2 passport size photos and polio certificate.
They have the forms and they will send to New Delhi. Re-med is scheduled for 7-Sept.

Mercy, this is the exact same thing i got I am trying to find a female Panel Physician here in Canada as my wife is here, but with no luck. I've called 3 offices and all were so rude, I will have to go in and make an appointment I guess.

In re-med they do physical and chest x-ray only and they charge Rs. 4,950/-
