ECAS status: Decision made checked on 20th August 2015. Whats next? How would i know that the decision is positive or negetive. It went straight from app received to decision made.

If you did not go through interview and you got a DM, its a 99% chance its positive.

Mercy24 do you think will they reply on this as the timeline when applied was 11 months and now its 28 months and they have clearly specified that they wouldn't reply until the application have been older than the specified time. I was going through the timeline excel file, there are some other cases similar to mine for applications that received in August and September faces certain delays. I guess they have missed a batch or something

My e-cas changed again... point #2 was added today. My SA was in March last week, they started processing the file on April 27th.


1. We received XYZ's application for permanent residence on January 8, 2015.
2. We started processing XYZ's application on April 27, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

Status changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" on Monday August 24th.

Will keep you all posted if there is further correspondence.

Allhamdulilah I got Decision made on both status from 11 august

sponsorship Application Status: Decision Made

Permanent Residents Application Status: Decision Made

but still without ppr its almost 15 days a go .......! Now Allhamdulilah I have sent urgent case inquiry to Lvo ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca yesterday they said 24 to 48 for reply Any idea what they reply ??? Or inshallah lvo will sent me ppr after read my email and verified my status? ???
Also my request to everyone please pray for me that Inshallah I will get my ppr in these days Ameen

My ecas status changed from application received to in process today.

1.We received xxx application for permanent residence on March 10, 2015.
2.We started processing xxx application on May 13, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.

I have been reading a lot of pages about so many people getting in process all at once.I think that CIC has changed the meaning of in process. Basically its the same thing as application received making people feel like they are working on there files but instead they are sitting at the VO for months.What do you guys think?

I am a PR and landed last year in Canada and then came back to UAE where I am working since 2009. I got married in January 2015 and now my wife is living with me in UAE. Now I want to apply for her PR. What are the options now I have for her application? Can I go to Canada for two months and apply for her from there and come back to UAE or I need to stay there till she get her visa? Actually we don’t want to live separate in this crucial time of the life.
Is there any possibility if she can get a visit visa of Canada? She is already having Schengen visit visa on her passport and she can get UK as well very easily.

Hi.

If you are not Canadian Citizen you cant apply your spouse sponsorship from outside Canada, you have to be in Canada during process as you are on PR.

Regarding visit visa not clue some time they grant visa so easily some time not.
