I ordered notes in oct 2014.. My husband visited me in april 2015 so i voluntarily sent proof in 1st week of May 2015.

Why dont u send an inquiry? Its been so long u applied n still waiting?

Certainly, make sure to provide proofs to LVO

Salaams, went to check ecas today and saw that it says "Not Available" under the Permanent Resident Application Status which I've never heard of. It was just changed to "In Process" this week and that's what it said when I checked it 2 days ago. Has anyone seen this before or knows what it means?

Could be a glitch in the system, hope it will work normally in the coming week

Salaam everyone. I am finally travelling on the 1st of Sep. Could anyone tell me which documents i need for travelling and what do they ask for immigration over here and over there. Secondly, where do we get the declaration form? But most importantly which documents do i need with me? Any medical/dental records or anything??

I have. to submit medical and police clearence

my sponser will go through from a medical on tuesday
so my question is they will provide any kind of peice of paper to us also ?
we have a police clearence ready which we will
send soon but along with that we have to send medical done confirmation also ?

and where i have to send the both medical confirmation and police clearence
can someone write me the address

My spouse managed to get a police clearance, got his medical done, and we're practically done collecting all other documents. I have a question about his educational certificates. Does he have to get his secondary, post-secondary, and undergrad certificates certified by IBCC and ministry of affairs?

And about the 9 photos which CIC requires, can they all be the same photo (9 times)?

For the processing time, is this London office any different from the usual London office?

I am confused since the spreadsheet says an average of 11 months. But 0n CIC website, the processing time for Spousal Sponsorship is 28 months.

I am new to this forum but I have applied for my wife back in Feb of 2015. I was wondering how to fill in my information (app filed, aor received etc etc) on the left side just beneath my username.

Lawyer are a waste of money according to me. I didnt apply through a lawyer but know a few people who have. The lawyer didnt have them send original nikahnama, didnt send rprf fee and a few other things. This person sent their application in june and just recieved re med. 2 months ago recieved nikahnama request and 1 month ago got request to pay rprf fee. This caused unnecessary delays in the application, because of the lawyer. So yea i think its pointless

Lawyers are NOT waste of money according to me, take a look at my case for example.

I did not submit any original document except Police certificate, yes all copies NO originals, as per advise of my lawyer. I'm not ruling out the argument as every case is different and so are the circumstances.

No you do not need to get them certified by IBCC for any ministry. Just submit the original documents.

All 9 photos should be same (immigration sized). Y would someone submit 9 different passport size photos?

Hi all since my file changed to " in process " on Aug 21 what should I expect next and how long will I get any next emails ??
So far they asked me to update that if my husband ( the principle applicant) had any illness or went on vacation from the time we sent in his medical.

So far my timeline is;

Application filed: 29th Dec, 2014
Upfront Med: 25th Nov, 2014
File TRf to LVO: 23rd March 2015
App in process: 14th Aug, 2015
Decision Made: 20th Aug 2015

No medical ext or re med request, No any other Doc request. Alhamdulillah
waiting for passport request, may God bless us all.
