Application Filed : July 8,2014
Transferred to London :August 28,2014
Additional documents required : Translation of Nikha Nama :24 April,2015
Remed Request :May 18, 2015
Ecase Changed to in process: July 3, 2015
Decision Made and Passport requested : August 7,2015
Passport submitted : August 10,2015
Visa Issued and passport returned: August 13, 2015

Please let me know is Pakistani international Driving licence is Accepted in Canada or its give help when we try for g2 test as experience HuhHuh?? Does I got any benefit with my Pakistani International Driving licence in canada HuhHuh??

FIA (Pakistani immigration) is known to ask/hassle people to show their NICOP or CNIC when leaving, even with Pak passports and visas.
It should be in your possession as a Pakistani national leaving the country(Pak).

Without this, you will face issues even trying to renew passports or ID Card at the local consulate.
Don't leave Pakistan without computerized CNIC or NICOP. It will save you alot of hassle later on.

Anybody in this forum has any idea about applying for visit visa of immigration sponsored wife pakistani national living in saudia

It too early for you to predict anything. It may take anywhere between 11-15 months.

Hi everyone. An update on my case, this morning my wife's status changed to In Process, Alhamdulillah. I have a question though:

Currently my wife is with me in Canada on a TRV. She's traveling back to Pakistan at the end of November. Let's say the decision is made prior to that and there is a passport request, is it possible to have the passport work done while in Canada or is it necessary for it to be done in Islamabad? If I remember correctly you have 30 days from the date of PPR to submit the PP and I really need her to stay till November to fulfill some commitments. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I have received AOR today what should i do next, as my wife lives in Quebec and she have to apply for Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). Should we go for it or wait until the next correspondence from CIC.

Please advise any.

I had sent a case inquiry to LVO and got reply today, might be interesting for some of those waiting for interviews....



Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with any further information regarding the date of interview.

As advised on 6 July 2015, we expect to conduct one area trip in each quarter of the year. We endeavour to schedule interviews based on application received date, and we will be in contact approximately one month prior to the interview.

When was sponsor approval given?
Are you the sponsor or applicant?
Is sponsor Canadian Citizen or PR?
What city is the applicant located?

Once you have received PPR you can submit a case specific inquiry to LVO and let them know about the applicant's present address they will reply back to you with the procedure how to proceed here in Canada, based on the VO near your present address.
