PPR is sent via email to applicant.
After re-medical PPR can take 1 to 4 months, it really varies.
It's more dependent on a person's timeline, so looking at yours I would expect about 1 month.
After the CIC receives the re-medical results, they will do a background check. Then a Decision Made will appear in eCAS and shortly after a PPR email.

My wife has not done a re-medical yet but I would expect the fee to be the same as upfront medical.
The medical tests are the same.

Rs 6720/- should be in cash.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

May this info would be interesting for those people waiting for an interview. I have noticed this year INTERVIEWS were conducted from 20th to 27th January2015, 18th to 19th March2015,and on 27th May 2015. And I noticed them from spread sheet., now I was wondering if anybody knows if interviews were conducted since May or not??
There are lots of people awaiting for upcoming interviews which is unusual to me , please guys try to dig some more info, so we get some better ideas,, ???

In my case, remedical fee was a lot less than upfront medical. During remed, they just required chest Xray and physical Examination. Do not know about Pakistan though.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hi All,

I applied to sponsor my wife in June 2015. CIC Mississauga received my application on June 9th, 2015 and AOR was sent on July 15th, 2015. However, upon not receiving any further correspondence, I called them and they told me that I was approved to sponsor and that the file was sent to London on August 6th.

Today, though, I have received the official email from CIC stating that I was approved as sponsor and file was sent to London. But when I logged into ECAS to check the status, its still says "In Process" under the sponsorship approval. And the weird thing is that under the Permanent Residence Application status, it has changed from "Application Received" to "In Process".

Very confused to see these statuses now and what they mean for my application. Given that the timeline is 28 months for London, they can't possibly have started working on my file yet, correct?

That's pretty funny and sad at the same time.
Well, I guess it's typical problems when you have to deal with government/public service.
I honestly don't believe that your application is truly "in-process" that fast.
If you believe otherwise, you should order the GCMS notes to see what they have really done with your case file.
eCAS is not reliable either -- they are slow to make updates and sometimes they don't make any updates.
Processing time for LVO is really 11 months nowadays.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Curious to know from January to July applicants that have "in process" for Permanent Residence Application, what does it say when you click on the link?
