This is kind of strange. My application was received in March,2015 at the Mississauga office and transferred to LVO in the start of May. The PR file status is Application Rec'd..

I dun know are they really start working on our application which is showing in process or it is by mistake only :-\

What is the average time for getting Passport Returned after Visa Stamp. at CHC Islamabad ..

When you see your online status as DM then Islamabad VO is about to dispatch it

In my case, they took one month in exact; MAY be this long for the reason as:
a- There were Eid vacations
b- I had 4 applicants i.e. my spouse and 3 children.

I had a few questions.

1. What does ECAS stand for?
2. I have submitted my application in Feb, 2015 and I went to Pakistan last month to meet my wife. Do you think I should let the CIC know about my recent visit and send them my boarding pass and pictures that we took? If yes, which address should I send at since my application is at LOV?
3. Where can I find the updated spreadsheet? The one that was posted by hhafiz was not the latest one.

Wow. It seems great how quickly LVO is processing the applications. Till yesterday, I had a feeling (based on the tracking sheet) that they are working on November, 2014 applications and just now I noticed that a Feb, 2015 has undergone 'In process'.

No, there is no February applicants "in process". This is part of my form, there was no date filled in from sponsor or applicant.

Hello Everyone!. I need suggestion on submission of Pictures of my Reception. My wedding reception was held after submission of application for Spousal PR. My sponsor assessment has been completed & case has been transferred to London V.O.
Now, should i send the pictures from the Reception to London V.O or wait for them to ask for it. Which is definite that they will ask & further delay my case.
Please Suggest.

1. CIC allows for a person to track the status of their application online with their system called eCAS - electronic Client Application Status.
It is pretty basic information though, your status will either be Application Received, In process or Decision Made.

2. Yes you can send them anytime. You have still have plenty of time.

3. Please look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
It is organized by year so if you are a 2015 applicant, click on the tab at the bottom labelled 2015.

When you log into eCAS, what does it say in the second column below Permanent Residence Application?
