Hi All,

I was just on the immigration website today and saw london office's processing time is 28 months while i've been reading here it's 11 months. Have they changed it recently?

Hi 11-14 months is average time period and 28 months is maximum but its just for very few cases. Mostly people r getting their visas in 11-14 months

Is there anyone who was able to fill form 3907 on computer???

The one word answer is yes, I filled it on computer by converting it to Word

It depends on your status in the UK. If you are a UK National, then you are visa exempt country. You can even visit your wife, but if you don't have any status in the UK and are a pure Pakistani National then, yes it takes a bit longer. CIC will definitely ask you what were you doing in the UK for 10 years. Though these days straight forward cases takes 14-18 months maximum, but some cases gets longer depending on their complications.

OK thanks for your help but waiting 14 months is lot of time. I get my permanent residence for UK next do you think that will make a difference if i inform them. BTW i was studying in UK and now in full time employment not that i makes a difference.

App transferred 30th july 2014
File in process 26th june 2015
No other letter or email apart from this. Should i do case specific inquiry ? If yes, then senior members please help and write me a good template to inquire about my case.

It has expired already in May. They didnt ask for remedical though.

Yes, I used the text tool with Adobe Reader.

Ur file is in interview que?? What happened why they put lots of cases in interview

I just read the FAQ.. it tells me ill get a COPR by post, when and how do they ask for the passport request? Over the email or by post??

It depends, if you have provided them with your email then that is the only mode of communication else snail mail.
