I sent one on 27th June and they replied back on 28th June that was for documents, this time I ask for the status on July 8th and they replied today. I don't do anything particular but all my inquiries are by me (sponsor) and to the point with small description of my background. This is how I constructed my request, it might help someone:

I am inquiring about my wife's case which went into processing on 20th May 2015 and we did complete
medical with Xray on June 3rd 2015, we also got request for updated IMM5669 which we sent on 24th May 2015. After that we received our notes on June 15th which stated that our eligibility and criminality tests have been passed, only security screening is due on 18th June 2015.
We also got back our original documents on 28th June 2015, the purpose of this inquiry is to request VO to kindly grant her passport request as soon as possible as our case is near completion reason of that is my wife is pregnant and due on Sept 21st 2015 and travel restrictions would only allow her to travel till middle of August. The risk we took for doing remedical with Xray was only because our case gets finalized before the baby is born which is likely if we get the PPR soon.
Also I am working on contract for government, I wouldn't be able to get a big leave also my parents are here in Canada so she will be well taken care of here during birth of our first child. Please take this inquiry as a request and grant her Passport request as soon as possible, please reply with the current status of her case.

Those who received original documents back from CIC.... can you please share how they sens it back via Pakistani post or register ( DHL, TCS) or my family will receive in canada.

They send it via TCS to this person below in Karachi and then he sends it to everywhere in Pakistan through TCS. Please contact him if you think your original documents are here. Keep in mind original documents are returned once all your eligibility checks are done and you are one step away from PPR.
In my case they only sent original documents, pictures, wedding cards not any other supporting documents.

If you need to inquire about your original documents, then you can send a case specific enquiry to London Visa office and/or contact CPC Mississauga.

Also, original documents are sent in bulk mail through TCS with the following contact person:

That's a good news for you Suleman......At least they have confirmed PPR after Security stage......so you are not in the interview queue.....Good one for you.

I always used case specific enquiry.

What I meant was that do you write urgent in the subject line or at the top of your enquiry when you compose it or just send it as a regular enquiry without writing urgent. If just as a regular enquiry and you still get answered in 1 day then you probably are most likely at the very end of the process and I hope you get your ppr request by next week.

Brother I haven't wrote urgent anywhere, I just do inquiry as I have written in a reply on my last page, as I do case specific inquiry there is no subject lines. INSHA ALLAH apke moun me ghee shakkar ..!!!

What is the reason they mentioned in the notes for sending your case into interview. If you don't mind sharing it would really help upcoming applicants.
We don't know the interview dates as of yet, please keep a lookout in your emails, we have seen around 4 to 6 people just on this topic getting interviews lately so they all will be scheduled together, VOs from London makes visit to Islamabad every 3 to 4 months and do a batch of interviews. I am just guessing with my knowledge of this forum that they last done some interviews around March and May. Gud luck INSHA ALLAH.

No one can answer questions which starts with "When" sister. When did you last ordered notes.? We both are in the same boat and expect that you would get PPR soon INSHA ALLAH. Please keep a lookout in your email, you are June 2014 applicant it won't be long that you will get PPR INSHA ALLAH.

Dont worry im also june 2013 applicant in interview que since feb 2015. inshAllah they will call us soon hopefully august or sep. When have you been put for interview and why?

Salar, GCMS notes take 30 days from the day you submit your request. You should expect it on July 19th -/+ day or two.

Usually it takes another 2-3 months from the date you submit your re-med. Every case is different. Some have heard sooner, and others have waited longer. No one can tell you exactly how long.

Do not send additional on-going relationship documents unless requested. I think your interview is most likely waived otherwise they would have requested interview before the re-med. Don't take my word on this. CIC has had done strange things. Just be prepared, but wait until they request it.

In most cases they will return back originals, if not, then you will need to send them case specific inquiry. You should inquire after a decision has been made on your file. I would wait until passport request.

I see you guys communicated with CIC via email, which email address did you send the email to?

somebody sent pen poison information against me although i hav also semt proof that its wrong frm notes i got that they put menin interview que frm nov 2014 but i guess that it takes time fr ur turn as there are many people in interview.. Frm last few months i hav noticed that interviews are being conducted every two months last time there were interviews on 27 march n 27 may then but it seems that there are no interviews in last week of july then there shud be interviews in last week of aug n 1st week of sep.
