So Alhamdollilah the wait is finally over for me and my wife. Today my wife received back her passport with Visa stamped on it. Thank god. The passport was submitted on April 30th, 2015 and received today May 5th, 2015.

and should I send my original educational documents ?

Follow the guideline strickly. If they ask for copies, send copies. If they ask for originals then send originals. Eventually your documents will be returned to you.

So wait is getting frustrating now..!! Haven't heard anything yet I can see many people around me (in timesheet) getting at-least a correspondence, getting some letters prepared from my wife's doctor and will goto the MP that my case is getting delayed because of my wife's pregnancy and she is very stressed and I can't go to attend my baby's delivery as I am on contract and won't get parental leave. Her medical also expired on 25th of April.

My question is about the following forms in country specific guide:

Supplementary Information Form - Pakistan

Residency questionnaire - Pakistan - If you are a Pakistani national, this form is completed by
you, the principal applicant.

Authorization to Disclose Information — Pakistan - If you are a Pakistani national, this form is
completed by you, the principal applicant.

GUYS!!! i just received all my husbands documents and the pictures we sent etc, everything we sent including all forms I got them back from London Visa Office what does that mean? By the way it has been exactly 13 months since i havve applied for my husbands sponsorship. Please help Thanks

Please share your timeline. Have you been requested to submit passport for visa? If not then follow up. Have you checked your E-cas if anything changed?

sorry about the confusion.

Same response.. follow the guidelines based on your spouses current residence. If he/she is in Pakistan, then you need to follow the guideline for Pakistan.

you need to E-CAS first. Login to:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

enter the UCI number that would have been sent to your spouse who is sponsoring you, and his/her dob and place of birth.

It will let you know the status of your application under "Application for Permanent Residence" if it is in-process or decision made.

Usually they return documents once a decision has been made. I am guessing in your case, it could be a positive thing. Just make sure your check your online status. If no info, then send case specific inquiry online.
