Alhamdulillah, after a very very long wait, my husband finally received his passport with visa today. I'll list out my detailed timeline if it helps anyone:

Assalam o alaikum to All ..
Things are very difficult for me ...REALLY SERIOUS ISSUE ,NEED GUIDE LINE FROM SENIORS ..
As I told in my previous posts , I am April 2013 applicant .My husband is PR .He received my 1st ATIP notes on 10th january 2015 , which show application in progress ,status Open ..Its written my application was sent to islamabad on 2nd sept 2013 ..After that no other visa office added.senior member of forum said as its written , criminality 1 and security 1 ,,so it means back ground checks going on . in notes not written that back ground checks going on ..husband's Mp said on 28 january 2015 , back ground checks going on and if no correspondence in 3 months come again..so my husband went on 21st april 2015 , Mp said this time : "APPLICATION IS IN ISLAMABAD, WORK HAS NOT STARTED YET ,APPLICATION IS IN QUE , WHEN THE TURN WILL COME IT WILL PROCESS QUICKLY BUT AS ITS WITHIN 36 MONTHS OF TIME FRAME OF ISLAMABAD VO , HE CANT DO ANYTHING ".
My husband angrily said if next yr the time becomes 5 yrs ,is it going to be processed in 5 yrs ?? The Mp said hopefully its not going to be 5 yrs .Mp said its too much work load in islamabad .
My question is ... how come the same MP said back ground checks going on , and after 3 months he is saying WORK NOT STARTED YET ?????
2ndly WHY ITS STILL IN ISLAMABAD WHEN ISLAMABAD IS NOT PROCESSING PR CASES ??

Husband applied for notes on 29th march 2015 which will come on 28 ,29 april 2015 ..
Now what we do ??????????? emails,Enquiries to islamabad is useless .. LVO give answer , but my case is not even shifted ..HOW TO SHIFT IT TO LONDON VISA OFFICE ???
NEED ADVICE FROM SENIORS PLZ .. HUSBAND, ME AND FAMILY TOO MUCH UPSET .

don't upset inshallah every thing will b fine
if I am at your place I withdraw the old one and re apply or ask any immigration advocate if v can apply 2 cases at same time

My timeline:

I am Canadian citizen and my Wife is in Pakistan.

Upfront medical done: Mid December, 2013
Applied: January end, 2014
Application received by LVO: beginning of March, 2014
Additional doc. request: beginning of January, 2015
Re-Medical request: mid. March, 2015
Medical done: end March, 2015
CIC update status to 'in process' and medical results received: first week April, 2015
CIC update status to 'decision made': April 23, 2015

Now, question:

-> CIC placed a line 'We will contact WIFE_NAME with the decision'.

What should we expect now?

We haven't received our passport request yet. How do we know they haven't rejected our case or they might call us for interview?

Any suggestions, please.

You got a remedical request, usually if they are anticipating an interview or rejection they don't send you a remedical request. You can look at my timeline, you should have PPR within the next couple of weeks. My DM was 6th March and I got PPR on 28th March.

First off, I understand your anxiety. Your file is in ISB instead of LVO coz they chose to keep in ISB (back in 2013, its their authority if they want to transfer file or not, it was not a normal tradition of file transfer to London as we have todays)..

Well, there is no such way you can Transfer your file. Well, please remember that its been now 2 years, (ISB processing time is, we all know, more than 2 years).
So all you can do is order notes, contact MP (dont contact frequently) and pray (thats a powerful tool).

Sometimes we want things to happen at fast pace, but the real PLANNER knows when to finalize the thing. So believe firmly and IA , case will be finalzie soon with good news.

So u want to say that Islamabad will process my application ?? but its written on CIC website that islamabad is NOT processing PR cases , London is processing .. I just want to be sure that it will be processed in Islamabad .

I got an email for proof of communication in Feb and i have sent the docs in March but update yet.. any idea how long it will take. I applied in May 2014 and file moved to LVO in July.

The processing time is calculated from the date the complete application for sponsorship was received at the Case Processing Center (CPC) in Mississauga to the date the final decision was entered by the Visa Office. The posted processing times are based on the time required to process 80% of the cases over a period of 12 months and are updated quarterly. Therefore, they are historical processing times. They reflect the average processing time for the files that were finalized during the period of reference, but, at times, they don’t always accurately reflect the expected processing time for files that are entering processing.

In February 2014, the Family Class caseload from Islamabad was transferred to London. At the time of transfer, the processing time in Islamabad was 32 months. The files from this large inventory received from Islamabad formed the large majority of cases processed by London in 2014. Accordingly, as these much older files were finalized in London, the time elapsed since the applications were initially submitted had a major impact on the calculation of the London processing times, even though they had been in London only for a few months.

To give you a better sense of the expected processing time for new Family Class applications received in London, we are currently putting into active processing the applications where the date received in CPC-Mississauga is between May 1st and July 31st, 2014.

Couldn't get what you want to ask, regarding your wife its either way, either you can voluntarily send them the information of pregnancy to them ( I did that , but they really didn't considered it) or wait for your medical and if it comes during your pregnancy the Physician will tell you what to do.

What is your timeline.??

Alhumdulilah finally get some response from Lvo. They asked for remedical and permanent residence fee.
Hope they wont require anything else..........
