Anybody from the old members got delays in passport return?? I have submitted mine on 12th march.. Its been over a month now i havent got it back. Also i have seen people getting in 10 to 15 days who submitted later then i did. I remember somebody saying it could take around minimum 10 to maximum 45 days. Next week will be 6th week after my submission.. What do you guys think should i contact chc london during 6th week?? I have already mailed out to chc isb but of no use. Please suggest a way forward. Thanks!

really need good advice

today i received mail from London office to submit my RPRF Fees,i already submit RPRF Right of permanent residence fee 21/01/2015 and send them receipt copy through TCS.
should i send them again scan copy of that Receipt through Email or through TCS Again.

A repayment will be out of question. Send the scan copy of receipt and tcs through email only. also end your mail with a note that incase they havent received the payment should you repay it or something. basically you are asking them that if they have received payment for which you have given proof than great, else they let u know so you can pay again.

Obviously i didnt address them arrogantly... Whichever way u use, chc isb dont reply to emails.

Application submitted in June 2014
Upfront Medical expired 17 feb 2015
Remed request received on 2nd march 2015
Medical done on 12th march 2015
RPRF request recieved on 3rd march 2015
RPRF paid on 4th march 2015
The letter received from LVO for RPRF indicates that the application is in process, although ecas status still reflects application received.

I don't think it was meant to be an insinuation that your email was arrogant.
Just not making any assumptions on how the email was written and revealing a standard template.
Yes, I think you should send an email to CHC London.

u can call vfs to know about ur pp

It shows that pp has been sent to embassy on 13th march.. Since then its the same. Vfs says the same that passport is with the embassy

Sounds promising. I asked about the exact time one should submit the RPRF to the visa office to which the LVO replied -

Failure not to pay the RPRF fee would not impact upon the application as we usually directly request evidence of this payment towards the end. You can still submit the receipt to us in the meantime, should you so wish.

So this indicates that your application is being concluded. Congratulations!
