Can I sponser my brother from Pak ?? He is married. Is anybody here with same case?

No you can not sponsor a brother who is married. Below is the requirements a relative must meet in order to be eligible for sponsorship.

Who you can sponsor

You can sponsor:

brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, or grandchildren who are orphaned, are under 18 and do not have a spouse or common-law partner,

Did you have missing forms and stuff? You applied in October and just now your file was transferred to London, should have happened by December... just saying

No, all Canadian VOs including LVO are closed on weekends.

I know this is not immigration related.
I just came to Islamabad to see my pregnant wife and make preparations for the baby.
I am interested to know from anybody who are familiar with Islamabad.
If she was in Canada, I would know where to go easily.
I am looking to purchase in bulk baby diapers.
My wife told me to be careful as there are several counterfeits.
We are living in G9 sector. My wife originally from Hunza.
Would appreciate any tips, it is our first child.

Sponsorship Application (Wife case)

Applied in Mississauga 02 Mar 2014.
Case got Approved and Forwarded to LVO on 02 April, 2014.
In Process on 14th Dec, 2014
Remedical was asked for on 3rd Feb, 2015

Got an Email on 31st Mar, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, in order for us to finalise your application, we require the following:

- Copy of the bio-page of the current passport for you and your dependents.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 14 days by return email.

Sincerely,

I dont know what stage of processing is this, means I have heard that there is no PPR1 required now a days, which even isnt asked for, this way.. Like it is always asked with some information sheet, height, eye colour etc..

Please enlighten...
