Hello any news about applications which was transferd to LVO in agust 2014..

One member sulemanmirza received notes day before his case is not yet assigned to any visa officer he is also august file transfer. One member aylia received some docs request probably 2 weeks ago he is july31 file transfer.
On the basis of previous one month case processing i was assuming that by this week august files will start to receive responses from LVO. But yet no august file transfer receive any response.

handsup thank you so much for your reply and you are right she is holding a pr card and I did not get any ppr 1 request yet and I pray that get it soon.
Actually she live with her parents and currently she is not employed and looking my daughter but I sent some bank statement and a paper from govt dept as a proof.

I assume that your wife is PR holder that is why they have asked for proof of residency otherwise it is rare to see this request if the sponsor is CA citizen or National. They think that your wife is not living in Canada that is why the proof is asked. It is okay and send them all the proofs of her being in CA like med insurance, grocery slips, pay stubs, house rent (if any), phone bills etc.

Yes it is pretty sure that you will be asked for Remed as feb is almost over now. OR they might give you med extension if you have already got PPR2.

ohhh some thing might be serious

When they request second medical then they start back ground check. This means your file is ok and they will never request a second medical if your case is not good.

Actually they asked me updated scheduler A and proof of residency of my wife as currently she live in Canada on 10 Feb. hope for the best and pray

Hi Naveed, my case was in London, so i kind of know the LVO pattern of GCMS notes and i find it hard to understand your questions as ISB has different way of working on the file,

In my notes there are three different dates in the medical :

1. Validity Date: 2015/05/04
2. Due Date: 2015/08/01
3. Valid Until: 2015/05/05


What is that Due Date means.? I did my medical on 20th of April 2014. Thanks in advance..!!

Oh that is a good news then, it means your case is in progress, but why they asked for Schedule A (Background/Declaration) ..? that form is not updated from 2012, only IMM0008 and family details IMM008DEP got updated on Nov 2014. Was there any reason mentioned in the email.? and when exactly you got the email.?

Well it means that your medical will expire on 5th May and your next medical will may be asked (or you will be given that date as final date to submit your re-med ) by/on 1st August,
I don't know if you will find this info as a good news or not, but at least it gives you an idea that your case will be finalized (including visa issued) after 2-3 months of August 2015.
So as i guessed 12-15 months in total time is needed by cic London to issue the visa (as your file was transferred on August)
Hope this answer your question and also help others understand timeline of London visa office better as they are always worried about 29 month processing time extension

No need to worry as Suleman mentioned, the form may have not been updated since 2012

but the info in Scedule A Question 8 where they ask the time line of principal applicant, has not been updated by Aylia since 2014 May(when he applied), so that is why they ask for updated schedule A form. It is very common and lots of people are asked to re-send it (including me)

I submitted my husband's application in Feb, 2014.
It got approved in March, 2014. LVO contacted in December, 2014 and asked for more proofs of contact. They contacted again Feb. 2015, and asked for my husband's re medical examination within 7 days, so now what's next?

When did he have his medical? It probably expired so they need him to do another. You should get PPR very soon.

My wifes medical expired in the beginning of the month, it is almost march but we are yet to be requested to do a remedical. Is this normal?

He did the re med examination on Feb. 08, 2015. I submittted his first medical with the application package in Feb. 2014, which he did in Jan. 2014 i think
