my hopes are high but um tense too cux my hubby dint get AOR yet and its dec made.

Don't kill yourself by getting tense. Not getting AOR is normal too, some people are not getting AOR but sponsor gets the SA. Then CIC moves file to VO most of the times without intimating and VO some times does and some times does not send AOR.

Just checked with my friend's wife, she said they never received SA, though CIC claims they did sent it. Just relax and pray for all of us. By the way treat is due as well

48 days for stage 1 according to CIC website and precisely 11 months for LVO. Keep checking CIC website!!

My file got to London in January of 2014 straight from Mississauga. It's been 9 months now. Haven't received any medical request. I'm guessing its safe to assume it's going to process in 11-12 months?

Did you submit your medical initially while submitting the application?
Yes if not 11, may be one or two more months but you'll be done soon in sha Allah.

yes it was submitted with the application....does that mean my wife may not require another medical?

It has a validity of a year. So i assume its still valid. Re medical requests are sent out if the medical expires before or during processing of the application.

So there is a chance they may just email her to mail in her passport for the visa? would that be the net step? assuming its done before the medical expires

i guess that 11 month processing time is not for everyone....wonder how some people get it within a year.

11 month timeline starts from the day the file got tranfered to london. And my file moved to london in february 2014. So technically december 2014 will be the 11th month

I did not found any one whose case is approve with in a year
