http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/medical-exam-validity-extension-for-additional-12-months-new-cic-bulletin-t106229.0.html

This is an old thread but i think they still practice to extend medicals. Once my husband asked cic ottawa if they extend medical or not, she told that they do this practice occasionally in ottawa but she was not sure abt London. So keep your hopes high and don't be stressed. Just order notes. But before those arrive in your mail, i am hopeful you will get a good news :)

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

You said your ecase shows its decision made... I dont think they would ask for further documents. If they required further documents, they would have asked for it before updating the ecase. Are you a full marriage case wife case? I think they are satisfied with the proofs you have given them already.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

yes its dec made and i am a full marriage case, but my hubby didnt get sponsorshiop approval... how can they update my status to decision made

well its not confirmed by any official statement that 11 month is for paistan.
11 months time frame is for 80% of spousal cases at LVO regardless of Nationalities. In other words LVO will process 80% of the spousal cases which are referred to it either coming from IVO or new cases from UK, Scotland, Ireland, Pakistan and some other European countries. Even residents of UK having citizenship from other countries like India or Bangladesh etc are also treated same way. So for Pakistanis (new cases) it is 11 months. Let me quote an example here; one of my friends' wife has received her PPR1 and PPR2 in August this year, though her case was moved from Islamabad only two months back. This means IVO did all the work, background checks etc. and then moved the file to LVO for final decision.

Oh... You did not tell that before... Strange... I mean if he doesnt get approval at first hand, how can they process the case. I think you should inquire through MP and also order notes. Through MP it could be the fastest to get to know what they are upto.

This is absolutely normal. LVO has become processing center for spousal cases for Pakistani applicants since Aug 2013 and you file your application in April 2103, this means the spade work was done by Islamabad VO and only for final decision they moved the file to LVO.

I think you should contact your MP asap and also order notes. It could be you have missed your Aor in junk mail. Just a possibility. How did u get to know that they refuse your husband's sponsorship if you did not get AOR?

I have already mentioned this somewhere that it is the discretion of VO to either ask for re-medical or extend the same to whole one year. o So, no need to worry :)

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

actually the prob is that we applied case in april 2013 and got sponsorship rejection july 8 2013. my husband was in default of previous sponsorship.after knowing this whe paid the debt in full and as instructed by CIC ISB, after repaying the full amount he informed cic in feb 2014 with proofs . after that we did not hear anything from them. last week he ordered notes and i updated lvo thru case specific inquiry abt our child who born in april 2014. aftr that we got this repsonse

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

due to complication in my case i am worried. but since he is no more in default ...they can not reject our application

So no need to worry. If you have done all whats asked for, i dont think they have any strong grounds to reject a case. Also you have a child now. Even if they reject a case, they give a time of 60 days or something like that to file an appeal.
